From what I could translate, she is a demoness who used to be the Demon Lord's advisor before the latter's death. She then joined the humans, even though she used to view them as insects, and became a magic tutor in some kind of an institute/university. She used to be rather slender and intimidating, but has gained weight over the years and turned into this sweet and emotional softie as a result of an abundance of food and her own laziness, although she explains it as a magical weight gain due to some sort of a pattern she's shared with the three human girls you see in the chapter (the tattoo's one their bodies are supposed to be these "patterns"), but so far it's unclear if it's just an excuse, or if sharing the pattern also had an effect on her figure and it wasn't just her gluttony.
