need some advice. i ordered a comm from him last january. he said it was done last march; never received it. i hear from him again last month for the first time SINCE MARCH and he tells me that the comm actually WAS finished, he just never sent it, and now he can't find it. he offered to give me a refund, but me, trying to be compassionate (read: stupid), said "no no i'd feel bad taking a refund if you already did the work. just send it over and we're square, but if that's too much work then the refund is fine". no response. what the FUCK do i do in this situation? i get that this is in poor taste since the man just retired, but i'm just sick of waiting at this point. shit feels like a scam.
