What I ment to say was that comics usually show in real time weight gain sequences through the pages with some short time skips in between while the itsuki comic was just had time skips and it just showed her sisters reacting to her increasing weight. The only good page was the second to last one when we see her belly get bigger from her stuffing herself. If all the other pages were the same way as that one then it would have been much better imo.
