The little physical therapy he does now is probably the only thing keeping his heart strong enough. It's gonna be rough for him. If he does decide to gain more, I hope he goes all the way to record breaking size, otherwise what's the point of getting so big?

They're probably just going to discontinue physical therapy and assistance in moving around. Sounds like the basic hygiene and care needs will still be met. Just not trying to get him 'better' anymore. That is if he gains weight and reaches that limit.
