So the thing about tummy tucks and liposuction is that it removes your fat cells, permanently. So if you gain weight it will not go to the areas that were operated on. Like let's say pre-surgery she gains 20-30lbs it would be distributed around her body naturally. Post surgery (she definitely had it on her stomach, face & possibly arms) it will not go to the operated area, causing areas of the body that we're not liposuction on to store more fat(her ass). Woman tend to store most of there fat in the stomach, hips, thighs & ass. You remove the stomach option and more is going to the hips area.
