There are a handful of actual women who draw this shit but they're exceptionally rare and, in my experience, actually into an adjacent and more female-appealing thing like vore - they're just on board with inflation content every now and again. You can usually sniff out content made by women, it has a different feel to it than most inflation art. The same applies to art made by men larping as women...
