>>163958 Just found this one yesterday but in Spirit Hunter Death Mark 2 in the 4th chapter of the game one of the spirits is a schoolgirl who is pretty explicitly implied to have been inflated with hoses to death. Her ghost is even floating above the water in the air for basically no reason like she's an actual balloon. Considering how this series is technically also ecchi this is a pretty interesting find. The spirit that killed the girl used hoses to kill her three victims also, but the other two were dismembered or otherwise not inflated. Spoilered because sort of like the mermaid swamp scene it's not exactly pretty. But it does make me wonder if somebody with tastes like ours actually added this in cause its an incredibly short scene disconnected from the rest of the things going on mostly.

The reason I know she isn't just waterlogged is everyone who becomes a spirit has exaggerated versions of how they died and since her mouth is open in a scream my best guess here is that she was grabbed and then invaded by the hoses from below and pumped full of water until she burst. Then her spirit was left in the state just before she died, full of water. And yes, in Spirit Hunter NG the sequel about younger characters to 1, there's the lake spirit that replaced her missing baby with rocks so she has a huge belly, and there's also momotarou who is a hulking girl but she's way grosser than the other 2.
