Looks like he's experimenting with bottom heavy builds saw that with some pieces he did recently. I know one classic rage complaint about him is samey builds. At least he's experimenting and perhaps to improve on it or see how to have super sized bottom heavy women. Just how so many of these threads is complain complain complain it gets repetitive even if Axel's stuff is flawed, I just find it repetitive to complain about the same stuff again and again. I want to move on or find pieces of theirs I like and enjoy. As well as admit they're ultimately satisfying themself, if they like their art and what they indulge in, that's on them.
