I think it is not fake. It’s simple math and logic: a few months ago, she was already weighing 234 kg (517 lbs). Just look at the recent pictures – she has clearly gotten bigger since then, not smaller. So how could she suddenly drop to 381 lbs? The scale was obviously glitching or misreading in that moment.
