I already mentioned this one in the hear me out thread, but the Neurax Worm from plague inc has a ton of potential for fat art. It looks cute, plump, and grows huge in its stages. Also, since the worm can control people's minds, you could do some mind control scenarios where the worm tells the hosts to get as fat as possible.
