You can download telegram restricted content by installing a file explorer on your phone. The one called "Files" or File Manager will do. Then you go to Android -> data -> org.telegram.messenger -> Files -> Telegram -> Telegram Video and you should have all your downloaded clips from restricted content on telegram stored there. From there you simply copy the video to your downloads folder and gets stored there. It's super simple
