There’s a 25 min video in 3 parts, but seems like there is content protection. There’s a download option but stores in telegram cache. Screen recording is also disabled. I can try obs or something on my PC later.

You can download telegram restricted content by installing a file explorer on your phone. The one called "Files" or File Manager will do. Then you go to Android -> data -> org.telegram.messenger -> Files -> Telegram -> Telegram Video and you should have all your downloaded clips from restricted content on telegram stored there. From there you simply copy the video to your downloads folder and gets stored there. It's super simple
