So many of these OF girls have a really distorted mindset of business in general I think, and this isn’t an attack on her at all. For example, I think her videos are fine, she’s for sure pretty and I enjoy seeing her gain but I would never spend a dime subscribing to her page. Again not being rude but I just wouldn’t. She is not losing for example $7 a month by me not subscribing and instead I see a leak. The $7 was never going to be there. And like many others said, they actually seek out these pages and pay for subs upon discovering the leaks. At the end of the day piracy is kind of a given you just have to make the best out of it

>>188488 Platform degredation too, piracy didn’t matter much a few years back because the offer was cheap, all the content was available and people were happy to pay for the instant access and occasional DM extras you didnt get with cooker updates. Then as it got more popular everyone tried to jack up the prices, lock out content and charge PPV extra on top whilst overall offering little base content. Unsurprisingly, subs got sparse and piracy boomed again. Same problem all the streaming companies have. General piracy for music and shows largely died out overnight with the advent of Spotify/Netflix, then everyone wanted a piece and carved up the content, shut it behind a dozen different major sub platforms and make it massively expensive and complicated for customers to access all that stuff. Now piracy is going back up because it’s easier and the companies approach is to make the offer shittier and more expensive than to rationalise the offer to a smaller number of platforms and sell it cheap. That’s my rant for the day.
