ControlNet would probably help a bunch but I'm not aware if it works with SDXL. Switching Loras mid-sequence also tends to mess up stuff. Below you see a sequence generated with the same prompt and seed, just cycling through different trigger words for the fat. I kept a simple pose and no background yet you can see even the gray is not the same. There's probably a better way to go about this but I wouldn't know.

Follow the advice given with the checkpoint and don't copy-paste those huge pre-made positive/negative prompts you see elsewhere. I'll attach an example. other than that just try out different things and see what changes. you can set the seed to a fixed value and play with the prompt to see what effect a certain keyword/lora actually has. this is more fun if you have decent hardware, for example this pic took me 20s to generate.
