Does anyone have a drawing that was published on Twitter like 3 years ago, about a girl that from being super healty ( was described everything on it ) got to be 800 lbs on the brink of an heart attack? The artist didn’t make many pieces and i really can’t find that image

Anyone remember who the original artist for this was? I just happen to have it saved, I remember there was a short story that went along with it that I can’t seem to find anywhere.

Like I came to see drawings of farting anime girls, not you farting into the camera.
