>Well to be fair, pig elves where designed around them having a biological reason to justify becoming fat but not negatively impacted by it and being fucked by a human that would want to fuck them endlessly over trying to be a balanced race in an RPG
Yeah but when you go too far, it starts sounding like "I was an artificial genome but then I was isekaid and obtained sentience and realized that I was so broken I could have my people rewrite me into others DNA with healing magic and slowly move towards world domination as the worlds most numerous and prosperous species!". Honestly I think most can just be written of as it being a high fantasy setting where the people of that world are easily stronger than people in the real world since they'd need to survive fighting against monsters and evil gods, while other things can be written off as the mana the world is flush with, reinforcing their bodies against genetic disorders like "diabetes, gout, hypertension".
>I can try to elaborate more on their weaknesses more, so I would imagine they would have a negative impact to dexterity, agility, and overall physical endurance are all probably negatively impacted for most of them, I guess if you had a scale for 1 to 10, they would probably see -1, -2, and -2 respectively. As you simply can't be that much larger without some cost to these as being bigger while having a similar biology to a species that normally have slender and nimble bodies.
I don't mean stats, I mean shit like traits, like how vampires can't be out in the sun, can't handle holy objects with faith behind them, can't see their reflection, is stuck hungering for human blood, and if they don't drink they'll eventually be easily outed as undead from their features shriveling up and becoming dead pale.
>If a human with a BMR of 2500 gets hungry in 5 hours after eating 1000cal meal, then a pork elf would get hungry in roughly 2.5 hours from eating the same meal.
Maybe it's just something about eating normal food that doesn't feel like much of a weakness; like they can just develop miniature calorie dense food that they do something akin to cartoon freeze drying.
