It's cliché, but I think somehow all the girls end up living and working together as fat content creators, and Ayano's the literal biggest star. Even though it's not a hardcore hentai manga, all of the girls are turned on by getting fatter at this point, so once Rio's secret gets out among them, it seems logical they'd all come together on it eventually.
