I don't have Leia or Padme or Rey done because Leia has only 1 movie she has good characterization while Padme and Rey have no movies with good characterization. Meanwhile, the vast majority of the alien female characters bounce between "good design but no characterization" to "boring design with no characterization". This is a result of George Lucas being a dumb ass and rejecting anything that was considered good in favor of what he thought was """"good"""" because he made it up. The only good female characters in Star Wars, which had good characterization and a good character arc, are Mara Jade in the Thrawn Trilogy and Kreia from KOTOR 2.

Visually interesting designs that feature unique outfits with extra clothing ornaments on them and hair/head pieces that stick out. I will continue with the next level of "good design, was a plot device" female character.
