Why can't the artist just literally focus on Myu gaining weight for herself? She IS the main protagonist! The story now looks getting more and more off-topic.

Also myu isn't really a likeable protagonist so I'm glas the story has been taking detours from her own personal narrative. On a separate note I believe my might actually be on the autism spectrum which explains her anti social tendencies and her sisters gaming obsession. Not a negative to her character at all but myu really needs to get her head out of her own ass and start thinking of things other than fat stuff.

Maybe this is why people think the artist is an idiot to not giving what the readers want - to see Myu gaining weight for real. Perhaps this might be the biggest failure of this comic. I think the story is getting too abstract, and we hardly see any big progress on Myu's gaining for nearly five years.
