“She’s late.”
Ritsu tapped her foot impatiently as she tugged at the collar of her summer uniform. The break had been a little too quick for her liking but she had to admit that it had also been kind. Lazy days of eating and sleeping, punctuated with a few summer festivals and trips to the beach in between were just what she needed to revitalize her body and mind. Of course, it had revitalized her body a bit more than she would have liked as she crossed the three hundred pound mark that very morning.
She was huge by any high school girl’s standards and far larger than she could have ever imagined. Her hips were so wide she could hardly believe they were real. Even the largest custom skirts could barely keep them contained as she slid a finger past her parachute panties to pull them over her smooth bulges. Her thighs touched and her belly sagged, lightly covered in columns of flattering stretch marks which testified to her rapid gain. She lifted it up and let it fall, ever amused by the ripples it sent throughout her body.
“Sorry about that. I guess breakfast went on a little longer than I had expected it to.”
But for as large as Ritsu had become, she could not compare to Mio’s new figure. Ever since that day in February, the bassist had certainly taken to her newly liberated appetite with gusto, spearheading almost every initiative to eat and snack whenever possible. The effects of her gorging had inevitably impacted her figure as she topped off at nearly three hundred and fifty pounds in just the space of a few short months.
“Geez, again? At this rate, we’ll have to bring a wheelbarrow to get you to class on time.”
“Ugh, don’t remind me. I think my dad made the very same joke just yesterday.”
Mio was ENORMOUS. Her chest even more so as it dominated her hourglass shape. A rounded double chin sat atop two great globes of rippling breasts which in turn were framed by broad shoulders and bulging arms that poured out of her short sleeves. Her belly seemed to go on forever and hung down over her enormous hips and thighs which had grown to a point that she had to exit the house sideways. She even gotten into the habit of trying to lift up her belly so that she could reach into her skirt pockets for her keys to lock the door before slinging her bass guitar case over her back which now appeared comically small by contrast.
“Oh and Ritsu, I’ve been meaning to give you this back.”
Through much pulling and pushing, she retrieved a several tiered lunch box that she now carried together with her school gear and unfastened the top most box. She presented the neatly wrapped bento between plump thumb and forefinger. It was completely empty.
“Wow, you ate every last one.” Ritsu marvelled as she shook out box. “I thought I made enough to keep you satisfied for the rest of the week but that appetite of yours has really hit a new high.”
“E-eh? That was a week’s supply? I thought you were trying to challenge me to see if I could eat them all at once.”
Ritsu caressed her own double chin for a moment, a devilish glint in her eye.
“Eat them all at once huh? That’s not a bad idea at all…”
“Don’t you start! If you did I’d REALLY become the fattest girl in school!”
Mio chuckled and seized her best friend in an affectionate headlock, inadvertently mashing Ritsu straight into her enormous boobs. Ritsu only smiled back as she sunk into the all-enveloping softness of Mio’s tits, still flaked with brownie crumbs from her morning binge.
“Wasn’t that the plan?”
And so they waddled to school.
Somewhere on a desktop table, next to a bayside window that overlooked the road of their neighbourhood, sat a calendar for a new month. June and July were slow going at first but August had been a rousing success. A sea of blue “X”s now littered the days and quickly replaced the reds and greens of the months before, giving new meaning to how Mio Akiyama saw the world. They represented the days she ate whatever she wanted and had fun with her friends. They represented the count down to the inevitable school year and her graduation.
They represented the days she hoped would never end.
