>leave for a bit while all is well
>come back to one guy losing his shit over a hutt appearing in star wars BBW art
>when fattening up and inducing gluttony in their slave girls is 110% a thing that would happen, if a comic or other SW tertiary thing was allowed to go full fetish scenario
>everybody else is actually engaging with his bullshit, instead of going "lol dumbass" and posting more fatties
Goddamn it, looks like somebody has to get the thread back on track, so I guess I'll do it myself
Vivian from Paper Mario TTYD is a good one in my opinion;
>drawn in art and rendered in-game with a rounded midsection that can very easily be interpreted as a chubby belly
>is an entity with the ability to modify her physical form, even to the point of temporarily phasing out of physical reality briefly
>technically ghostly/ethereal and not a typical biological organism, so any aspects of obesity that might be risky for a typical humanoid probably don't apply, and she might even be immortal
>doesn't have legs and instead floats around on a "tail", so mobility likely doesn't factor in much or at all either
>source game involves a lot of edible consumables for restoration of and boosts to stats, so her being able and willing to eat a ton is a reasonable trait to assume
>has a sibling that's literally using the same "species" as a base, but has different hair and is blatantly a fatass
>possible relation to a major villain who is similar in physical traits, but much larger in a non-fat way and pure evil, complete with corrupting another character into being evil and vain via possession (trying to not spoil it, pardon the vagueness)
>design just plain looks even better with more, bigger curves and additional softness/jiggle
I personally think her being fat makes sense and can work well, for a lot of the same reasons anthropomorphized slime-girls also make for good fatties. Her general shape, her design and the physical properties of her body all lend themselves super well to being obese, and her anatomy and powers are the sort that would make being a complete tub of lard much easier to work with in practical terms. Getting stuck or being too cumbersome is a lot less of an issue when you can just compress yourself, or outright noclip through obstacles if that fails.
Also, her tail seems like it would make for a much steadier base that spreads the weight-load better than two regular humanoid legs. If it's too narrow to support all that flab somehow, just make it bigger-around by willing it so, and problem solved. Even then she moves much more like a traditional genie or a ghost to my knowledge, where gravity and having a physical connection to the ground are just polite suggestions followed when convenient instead of hard mandatory rules, so she could probably be the size of an SUV and still move around just as easily as normal.
Her circumstances and native environment can also reasonably fuel some fatness. Like with the princesses, edible items are all over the damn place, and you'd have to put in effort to NOT eat an absolute truckload of random things on any given day. And as mentioned above, one of her sisters that's clearly of the same "species" is already a fatty, so we know it's not only possible but outright proven canonically that her kind can be rotund, either by default, as a result of diet/form alteration or both.
Oh yeah, and just to pre-empt the inevitable shitstorm that forms whenever discussing Vivian in a sexual context online; I personally do not give a flying fuck what gender she supposedly is in whichever translation/release.
She looks feminine, acts feminine and can reasonably be depicted as being physically-female without it being a rule 63 genderbend or other departure from "canon", so it's close enough for me. If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck and can swim like a duck, it's probably a duck, or at least something reasonably similar like a platypus which will do just fine too.
Besides, the genitalia argument that often arises regarding gender really doesn't matter either, as she can probably just form whichever parts are needed on a whim, or even totally-new ones that don't fit in either category just for the hell of it. Might even be a case like how Midna is sometimes depicted, where that whole area is smooth and featureless by default like a barbie doll, unless otherwise specified beforehand or modified later by some means.
