The current amusement park thing is a major boner killer so here’s some of my faves
I know you’re not supposed to ask but do you have a dc? User
>>297133 It's the Pixiveo syndrome.
Anyone got the January pinup?
>>297255 yet another one...
I don’t I just hope someone updates pages on here from the carnival and January tho gl
>>297252 the current amusement park ride scene made me cancel my membership lmao
>>297262 How was it
>>297263 it has some... weird stuff going on, idek how to describe it. instead of the girl getting bigger, we sit there for months watching how an animatronic "eats." was a decent comic up till now (even if it's just stuffing and not wg per se).
>>297286 Yeah I tried getting into it and it was just weird. A shame because the quality is good, but sadly they developed the pixiveo syndrome
I heared it’s now about the got instead of the animatronic
>>297383 in 130 pages you could do a lot more than whatever the artist for this comic is doing rn
>>297396 Jesus, what the hell do you guys want The comic is a slow burn, realistic romance, what else could it be doing
>>297397 I just want a comic that doesn't act its trying to have breaking bad levels of writing and just show a girl become addicted to food and getting bigger from it. No bullshit just her eating and getting bigger while being fucked from behind
>>297407 Then just commission one rather than expecting artists to make one for free. Or better yet just read doujins since most of them are about 20 pages long with sex and weight gain to some degree.
>>297397 We want a story with a beginning, middle and end, with weight gain in it. The story should take about one year to wrap up, two at max if it’s very ambitious. Then the artist is free to tell another story about the same characters or others. Why do you think everyone loves full night nanny and hates osc?
>>297409 Problem with doujins is that they almost never show a character gaining weight and eating and its more of just fucking a fat chick which I don't mind, but I also like seeing them eat and get bigger in real time. >>297417 this as well. There is no way of justifying comics that have gone for over 5 years no matter the content that is in it. Even if the content has or will have the most incredible weight gain shown it doesn't make the artist any less of a piece of shit for milking his fans and promising the support will be worth it by then proceeding to do nothing, but filler. The artist knows he's making filler, but he wont stop doing it because its free money for them and the supporters also know its filler, but cant stop paying, because of how much money they've invested so far.
>>297407 >I just want a comic that doesn't act its trying to have breaking bad levels of writing You're being hyperbolic.
>>297449 Have you heard of Kipteitei, Pixiveo, SDC, Yummysinpie, ect...? They all are trying to compete who can make the most confusing comic series possible and acting as if they never heard of the word "filler"
>>297453 >breaking bad levels of writing Hyperbolic.
>>297424 I don’t get why they put so much filler in. It’s just as easy to put the content fans want, no difference in cost to the artist. Kill your darlings. Don’t make the plot too convoluted. The biggest risk when dragging a story out for years is that it may never be finished. I used to pay subscription to faf to see his content, but his stories dragged on for years and he eventually left them unfinished, which is a huge betrayal to the paying fanbase.
>>297496 >>297453 What exactly does 'filler' count as to you guys anyway? Any page where the girl isnt stuffing her face, actively growing or being ploughed?
>>297496 >filler And then it's a plot that is meant to engage you into the characters so you care about them and their journey.
>>297500 Character development is fine, story is fine, but keep it balanced and don’t get lost in unnecessary subplots. Fans will be pissed off if suddenly three months have passed with no fetish related content *at all* There are also so many subplots that belt has started and then just abandoned. He could just have *not* wasted time on those.
>>297504 So basically just be better writers or hire editors and have the entire script done from the start?
>>297506 They don't need to necessarily have a cast-iron plan with everything mapped out, but they should be able to at least bookend their story and have expectations of the main story beats. And more importantly, is to stick to that plan. A lack of discipline leads to a meandering story, which is all too common an outcome. This amusing quote from the Belt Buster thread puts it pithily: >who would have guessed that the weight gain fetish community would have poor impulse control
