General WG advice thread Anonymous 08/26/2024 (Mon) 20:19:44 Id:2f8e04 No. 53633
A thread for tips and tricks to more efficiently pile pounds onto yourself or your feedee. Recipes, things to look out for at the store, strategies, whatever, just drop it here
Eat more. Personally I prefer not to binge on one thing, because that makes me feel sick. Like a whole bunch of pizza, or a whole bunch of milk shakes. That just makes me end up hating that food. Just eat more frequently without worrying about what it is. Try to stay full. Gotta constantly remind yourself to eat something until your appetite naturally gets used to it and increases on its own.
Fat and simple carbs (starch, sugar), minimal protein, maximum processing. All those empty calories will have you craving the stuff like a junkie and your appetite will increase in turn.
Outside the usual tips (dairy and carbs), nuts are an underrated source. Peanut butter people know about, but besides peanuts, cashews, pecans, and macadamia nuts are also very high-calorie and taste pretty good. Any recipes with coconut milk (like Thai curries) are great bc coconuts are high in calories. Honorable mentions: avocados, bananas, mangoes, and the various dried fruits. (Trail mix is a great way to pack in a bunch of calories and still have variety in your food, which is important when you're eating a ton!)
>>53682 Nuts have to be paired with carbs though — you're on the right track with trail mix (the kind with dried fruit and M&Ms). They're high in protein as well as fat and without a lot of carbs backing them up will actually help you lose weight. Same goes for avocados, actually highly recommended for keto diets. Bananas and mangoes are high in sugar but there's a lot of fiber in there too so you'd have to eat A LOT to gain weight off them. And yeah, packaged dried fruit is often soaked in sugar and may as well be candy.
>>53633 I've been considering a new strat, namely eating a pound of pasta per day with jar of classico sauce dumped in. I've noticed that I reliably put on weight if I do that without eating anything else.
>>53745 The Bolognese Classico one is the best one for that BTW. I've been cutting sugar out of my diet and that was the sauce I had to stop using because it has more sugar that all the other ones, except maybe the vodka one.
There are almost certainly cheaper ways of doing this, but I wanted to maybe experiment with making my own weight gain shakes. Would mixing Mutant Mass 2500 with Heavy Cream be something I could do?
Lots of butter!
>>54849 >butter chan Kill it.
>>54850 Oh, I will eat her!

whenever possible, add sauce to your cooking
>>53633 Anyone here ever use appetite stimulants like Eat Mor or apetamin? Any luck? Also do you think something like Eat Mor would cook well in food?
>>54891 Eat Mor will not work cooking it. It will work if you are using it consistently. Side effects that are common are: Frequent bathroom trips Nausea Hunger that won't quit (not a bad thing for a feedee) Used it on my feedee
Cheat extra calories into your meals. Anything with an oil as its base, dressings, Ranch especially, Mayo, aioli. A 1/2 cup is over 500 calories. Heavy cream and butter in everything. Making a spaghetti sauce? Add heavy cream and make it a blush sauce. Mac and cheese? Full stick of butter, make a roux and add heavy cream to the mix. Dont sleep on Ketchup and BBQ Sauce as a condiment either, both have sugar or corn syrup as the base. Beverages. Do not drink anything that doesn't have calories. Milk is a gainers best friend as it hydrates you as opposed to soda with caffeine. Sweet tea and full sugar koolaid is good too. The other big key is eating when you arent hungry. Driving in a car, snack. Sitting watching tv, snack. Doing chores, have a snack with you. Most supersized people eat huge meals, but they also snack constantly throughout the day. They say they don't eat alot, but if they eat once an hour the entire time they are awake, they have eaten 16 times.
>>54895 This works 100%. Sauces especially are an easy way to add hundreds of calories to a meal. Taking a more psychological approach here, your goal should be to get her to consume without thinking about it. Keep her favorite snacks stocked, in the largest quantities you can. Take over the grocery shopping so she isn’t there to try and stop herself from getting more junk food. Never ask her what she wants to eat. The less she has to think about her intake the more likely she is to keep it up.
I didn’t want to make a whole new thread for this but this seems relevant enough to ask. If I met a girl who isn’t against gaining weight and we’ve spoken about upping her calorie intake but as we’ve started she may think she has some form a gluten allergy perhaps, is being her feeder/ my feedee practically out of the question? or can she plump up with a tailored diet? Thanks in advance to anyone who can speak to this with experience or insight on the topic.
I’m dealing with being split on wanting to gain weight and avoiding it in fear of health issues. I’m quite thin and wondering if there’s anything that could help,.?
>>56030 Just do what I do at home be irregular and play off their sense of uncertainty, after watching her eat breakfast I’ll make a point to stop at the drive thru to get coffee and maybe an mcmuffin, then offering to get her something before dropping her off. Same for pickup and then leave her uncertain if dinners frozen crap or a big meal of homemade food. This way the intermittent fun food don’t get factored out of the mandatory home meals. Then use this strategy to raiser her standard food intake by accident. Girls gotta be 300 pounds and isn’t even 5’.
Emotional manipulation is always an option. Keep them on their toes as to whether or not it’s ok to eat this much (always closing with reassurance, of course). Worked well on mine. Weed. Smoking up obviously drives the appetite up and keeps them sedentary. Bonus points for helping them manage sore joints (pun not intended). Toast. Just pure carbs, doesn’t SEEM like that big of a presence, and can be a vehicle for butter/sugar. Of course if they’re all in on this, you could go harder, but I take more of an architect approach.
>>55964 wdym ice cream dawg >>56030 Life weights and work on your flexibility. If youre a guy you can just permabulk yourself and get stronk as fuck. Women can get strong too but really if youre doing some lifting to get a baseline level of strength and do stuff like yoga or whatever you will have an easier time with extra weight. Anyone in the western world should be able to easily out-eat whatever calorie expenditure you do because we got shit like ice cream and mcdonalds
My feedee lost like 20 kg because we both lost our jobs. We use to eat out almost everyday on top of dinner and lunch (basically 2 meals per meal, carbs and such). Now she has a waitress job (practically a slave, 10-11 hours shift), but spends money helping her mom and her little brother. I think a huge reason she pilled up the weight so fast was because she was really sedentary and i could manipulate her to snack; but now she only has time at night and really late. I only have a few hours to feed her at midnight, because she basically sleeps until her shift starts. Any tips? She loves coke (she drinks a liter per day), salty things, smokes weed daily and dairy makes gassy, so she avoids them. She also like to be force feed during sex, what could i feed her in that moment?
>>56075 Sorry for my spelling and messy writing, i was jerking off while writing and i never had any english education. I forgot to mention that i can also manipulate her into eating more with sex, for example: if you eat 2 bowls of instant ramen, i'll fuck your brains out; but we haven't had sex for a while because she got food poisoning last week (she's bit better now, enough to eat, but she still has liquid poop) and i also was really tired from working and studying. Perhaps i could have phrased it better: how could i fatten a feedee up with only a few hours (3-4) a day available?
>>56030 I highly recommend getting regular exercise. Even if it's just an hour or so a week. It'll help mitigate any negative effects from gaining and you'll feel good, mentally and physically. As they say, you can't outrun a bad diet.
>>56095 Overrated. My thing is STEM nerds, my feedee is gonna be majoring in aerospace engineering and it’s clear that if you enable the sitting snacking and studying you can have a butterball in no time. Low muscle mass means more gains.
My feeder has been worried about her blood pressure lately, any tips on how to help with that? I’ve suggested some walking/physical activity, but her job already has her walking a lot so maybe there’s some more she can do?
