2025 Survival Donation Drive LtBarclay##vOgLqq 10/24/2024 (Thu) 18:55:31 Id:66ee8b No. 55691
11/14 Update: $2200 has been secured in total for 2025. Thank you donators. Another $300 and we will be set until 2026. File size limits on requests from the array have been removed. Hello explorers. It has been a full year since giga-anon bailed the site out with a massive $2500 (entire year) of hosting. This money is now running out. While I have been able to and will continue to stretch it with the site's ad income, we are once again at a crisis point.I have faithfully, every month, for 12 months, converted $200 of that $2500 into ETH, and paid our bills with it. I am once again asking for your support. If you can not personally donate via crypto, please join me in attempting to once again summon the benevolence of giga-anon. Donation Addresses: >>37826 FOD Array Database and Previews: https://gofile.io/d/sao2G9 (Password: second word george carlin says in attached, all lower case.) During this fund-raising event, I will be piloting the corpse of the FOD array manually. While unable to respond in real-time as it would in the past, the FOD array lives on. From now until another year of funding is secured or we go bust, this thread will log requests from the database. All currently queued requests will be filled twice a week and added to a separate gofile. You may specify the full filename or it's line code equivalent from the text files (i.e. A3954 or B5492 from the text files contained in the database gofile). ALL requests must be made with an accompanying "Summoning Ritual" image of some/any type, one that has not been used previously in the thread. This is to deter botting. (Clearly made in-house and on-topic images will be given priority). Requests made without a summoning image will be deleted and ignored. A successful re-summoning of giga-anon will result in our salvation and the array returning to full automation for at least 3 months (at my own expense). Additional stretch goals as funding permits. You may request multiple files in one request if the total is less than 350mb, or if you have made a donation (be the first to cite the transaction ID and chain) you may request whatever you like without limits.

TDLR; unless Anon donates $2500 again, then this site's shutting down at the end of the year. Part of me thinks the "Giga Anon" is an inside job. No offense, but an anon who visits here isn't going to drop 2K in the 11th hour unless they're part of the staff.
No offense man but why didn't you start begging soon. Or maybe have some sort of meter on every page that shows how much money is needed to keep the site funded. (Like many other free sites kept alive with donations.)
Personally i don't care for the free porn, there is a plenty of sites where you can get those. What i will be missing, is a general discussion itself. Not many places where you can share thoughts about this fetish
>>55707 100% this. But it's not exactly discussion these days is it. It's discussion as moderated by the woke simps that are mods. To be honest, this place needs to die, it has been ran into the ground. It's a year since a $2500 donation was made and there's no spare cash to pay the monthly fees? Then it's not sustainable, the ad revenue has t been addressed. It was discussed last year that no one gave a shit about more ads, but nothing changed. To be honest, it's really just LtBarclay's muse at this point, just look at the weird as fuck boards that are on here. Fuck all the weirdo AI art creation shit off here and I'd contribute, but why the fuck would you donate to host that shit? Decide what you want LtBarclay. It either needs change or needs to die. Just remember you're inability to make decisions is as much the cause here. And yes, ban me for this if it makes you feel better about yourself.
>>55711 > moderated by the woke simps That would explain all the racial slurs
>>55697 >TDLR; unless Anon donates $2500 again, then this site's shutting down at the end of the year. Not exactly. As I said, I'm stretching the last of the donation with our ad revenue. If no further donations are made, we will probably make it until March of 2025. >No offense, but an anon who visits here isn't going to drop 2K in the 11th hour unless they're part of the staff Meh, I doubt that any of the mod staff are actually giga-anon, but if they are, they sure as hell didn't give me any clues. >>55701 >No offense man but why didn't you start begging soon. Or maybe have some sort of meter on every page that shows how much money is needed to keep the site funded. (Like many other free sites kept alive with donations.) Around 4 months isn't enough lead-time? As far as meters and gauges, I honestly find that stuff pretty garish but I get your point. If we start getting close to Christmas with no donations, I'll certainly put one up. >>55711 >100% this. But it's not exactly discussion these days is it. It's discussion as moderated by the woke simps that are mods. Very, very little of /gen/ is modded at all, and you wouldn't miss what is. Show me ONE example of something TRULY MEANINGFUL that was deleted from /gen/ on a.architect.coffee. >Then it's not sustainable, the ad revenue has t been addressed. It was discussed last year that no one gave a shit about more ads, but nothing changed. Nope, it's not sustainable, and it hasn't been for quite some time. All other ad networks that pay out in crypto are worthless and would just degrade the user experience 24/7 for maybe $5/month more in income. >To be honest, it's really just LtBarclay's muse at this point, just look at the weird as fuck boards that are on here. Fuck all the weirdo AI art creation shit off here and I'd contribute, but why the fuck would you donate to host that shit? Brother, if you're REALLY trying to say you WOULD have donated EXCEPT for the fact an AI board EXISTS, then just fuck off man. That's a shitty argument and you know it. "There's gay literature at my library so I don't go there" YOU HAVE TO BE ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR IT WHEN YOU GO THERE FOR IT TO IMPACT YOU. It's not an excuse and you know it. >Decide what you want LtBarclay. It either needs change or needs to die. Just remember you're inability to make decisions is as much the cause here. I'm not even sure what this means. Inability to make decisions? I'm the captain of a ship. We're running out of fuel. I'm sending out an SOS. What other decision needs to be made? Abandon ship? Mutiny? >And yes, ban me for this if it makes you feel better about yourself. Nah go off if you want to.
Edited last time by admin on 10/25/2024 (Fri) 16:55:31.
I really hope this site doesn't go away. mostly because this is the only place where I can get free shit, especially games. with kemono down in the shitter with no alternatives, this place has been the only one. at least for me, my country's currency is dogshit and Patreon doesn't have my country's most popular payment method., I will forever remember how I was able to get the minimum amount of fucking spare coins to get to subscribe to someone's Patreon, only to find out I can't fucking give them my money because the option I wanted to use doesn't fucking exist there. so, for what it is worth, I would like to have this place up for a few more years. or at least know if there's a successful do you have a backup plan/site to move to?
>>55721 >>We're running out of fuel. I'm sending out an SOS. What other decision needs to be made? Abandon ship? Mutiny? A better course of action instead of begging at the end of the year for funds. It's the second year in a row that it's come to this. >Around 4 months isn't enough lead-time? How about all year around? Don't tell me you never had the hindsight to have some sort of emergency/rainy day savings so you're not scrambling at the very last minute.
dumb question that's probably already been asked 10000 times but I'm asking it again anyway: can't I just donate through like, paypal or something? I'd chip in a hundred dollars or 2
(66.46 KB 2237x1144 dmca.png)
>>55722 >do you have a backup plan/site to move to? in the event of all-out destitution, whoever is ok with moving to a reddit-like instance can join our long-abandoned lemmy instance, although, they seem to be having funding issues as well (https://lemmynsfw.com/post/87160). Considering I only made that instance because it would be *free* hosting and we would never theoretically have to worry about funding, seeing them going through the same issues we are makes me less inclined to rely on it in the event we are unable to pay our own way anymore. >>55723 >It's the second year in a row that it's come to this. And? Doesn't wikipedia go through the same motions year after year? Doesn't every news site in existence beg you to pay to read more than two sentences? What is happening is not without precedent. >How about all year around? Don't tell me you never had the hindsight to have some sort of emergency/rainy day savings so you're not scrambling at the very last minute. I would say to you that all year round, 300,000 users per day make the choice to use the site. Everyone knows hosting isn't free. Using the site is. They are free to donate if they find the experience enjoyable or at all worthwhile to them. The donation thread is pinned, and has been pinned, for only the BEST of us, those who actually look at /gen/, to see. So, if you're going to criticize me for not making meters and pop-ups and click-throughs to continuously nag and annoy users all year round, fine. To me that says, I need to be a performer, I need to put on a song and dance and year-round hound those who use the site to donate. I was never a good actor. Put simply, I made a promise: donations or otherwise, as long as the site paid for itself, I'll keep it going. If that were to end? A load off my shoulders. I have tried my best to provide a semi-stable experience, shepherd the money with intent, fix and change what needs to be done. If that doesn't merit enough donations to keep this thing going, I'm not going to cry and wail "But I did my best!". I will laugh, shrug, and move on. Maybe people think this whole thing is my legacy, something I am personally invested in. The truth is I fell into this headfirst and have been stumbling through a leadership role the entire time. I love the site, but like an angry old stubborn mule if it jumped the fence and ran off into the sunset, I'm not going to bother chasing it. >dumb question that's probably already been asked 10000 times but I'm asking it again anyway: can't I just donate through like, paypal or something? I'd chip in a hundred dollars or 2 see attached. The only way we dodge DMCA takedowns is by hosting our site in a different country, with different laws, with off-shore servers paid for with crypto. If we took traditional donations from paypal / venmo / etc we would be shut down within a month, I guarantee you. It doesn't matter if you run everything off-shore, in other countries, if you can just target the money guy. That's why all our crypto addresses have never been "cashed out". Anything received is used exclusively to pay for server costs, domain renewals, etc. Since nothing ever goes to an exchange and then to a bank account, only directly to service providers (cold-wallet-to-hot-wallet), there is nothing to "pin" on anyone. It's why we've been able to operate with near impunity for 8 years.
>>55730 >>And? Doesn't wikipedia go through the same motions year after year? And they're handling donations a whole lot better than you are. A couple of bucks is nothing compared to $2,500 over crypto. So even if I could donate, I have to jump through several hoops here as opposed to opening up paypal and sending money that way. >>Doesn't every news site in existence beg you to pay to read more than two sentences? What is happening is not without precedent. The fuck type of news sites do you go to that asks for donations lol? Only nutjobs pay for information that's supposed to be free lol.
>>55730 Also Wikipedia is a horrible example since thousands if not millions end up donating to maintain the site. Meanwhile this place relies on one literal person to keep it from going under.
>>55732 >Also Wikipedia is a horrible example since thousands if not millions end up donating to maintain the site. Meanwhile this place relies on one literal person to keep it from going under. It's really not much different at all. Those "thousands if not millions" who actually donate to wikipedia, are a TINY FRACTION of it's total userbase. If WE could take traditional payments, if even JUST .0175% of our daily 300,000 users, just 52 people, donated a couple of bucks a month, in tandem with our ad revenue, we'd be FINE. I'm willing to admit crypto is the big drawback. But only a complete revamp of the site away from piracy would support taking traditional payments. We'd have to become a lot more Curvage and a lot less 4chan.
Edited last time by admin on 10/25/2024 (Fri) 19:55:26.
I hope this site sticks around long enough for the owners and specifically the admin to finally get caught and go to prison. You know why there is all the hiding with off shore servers and crypto? Because the owners know what they are doing is illegal. Something very humorous to me about these idiots taking on all of this risk just so anons can have free porn. And watching the punishment roll in will be the icing on the cake. Think it can't happen because you're "careful" LOL see silk road. Fuck around long enough, and you will eventually find out.
>>55736 go back to 4chan, purity troll.
>>55723 how exactly would he have a rainy day fund if no one donates?
>>55734 >>But only a complete revamp of the site away from piracy would support taking traditional payments. We'd have to become a lot more Curvage and a lot less 4chan. I don't see any issue with that. The 4chan format isn't working out, so a revamp of some sort is long overdue. >>55739 By making the site more appealing to those who aren't retarded, trolling, or schizo. You all proved two years in a row that this sit format isn't profitable, let alone makes enough money to even stat afloat.
>>55691 >That's a shitty argument and you know it. "There's gay literature at my library so I don't go there" YOU HAVE TO BE ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR IT WHEN YOU GO THERE FOR IT TO IMPACT YOU No, if someone does something you don't agree with then you don't support them, simple as. You would have to be a soulless bugman to not see how you can feel tainted by association even if you don't physically interact with whatever you don't like, for example books about grooming children, companies that sell arms to Israel and fetish sites that have AI art boards.
>>55747 Dis-ingenious, self-absorbed, "I'm clearly living in a bubble" bullshit. Vegetarians still patronize grocery stores with meat. You live in a diverse world, with diverse interests Inject your constant thoughts about pedophilia and religion and politics into your justifications for not supporting a website all you want: you still sound like a loon.
>>55767 Jeez, you're fighting a losing argument here you daft cunt. Fuck off and die Barclay.
>>55767 Based Barclay >>55768 You first.
>>55767 Kisame here, not sure what's going on. Apparently, Burger King makes Whopper Purple for the Addams Family, Wendy's make Krabby Patties, and McDonald's makes a Chicken Mac and people go nuts. I am not managing any entertainment at this time. Good luck
>>55767 You know the site is fucked when the owner is wasting time arguing with a troll instead of using that energy towards saving the site. That Giga anon is our only hope.
>>55780 The internet is owned by billionaires just like newspapers and television. People are already paying $200 for the internet and extra just to watch TV. I am off the grid and I don't care what's going on in the entrainment industry.
>>55781 What are you talking about. You know what, yeah this site needs to die so these schizos can scuttle someplace else.
>>55786 Independent sites like chan's or FurAffinity don't make money. Normies don't want to pay 2k for an old board.
>>55786 >this site needs to die so these schizos can scuttle someplace else Based. I'm unironically for the closing of this site because the moderation when it comes to schizos and tardposting is to treat this place like a fucking daycare - just leave them alone unless they start smearing shit on the walls. Even then you have to beg for moderation for shit they should be empowered to do themselves. We don't have common sense moderation, we have an equal balance of lazy fuckers and tyrants. And yes I'm still here. I'm an addict. Closing this site would be the equivalent of taking out my oldest dealer.
>>55788 >tardposting >just leave them alone unless they start smearing shit on the walls. You're implying this site's tards haven't already been doing that.
>>55788 >>55789 Bruh, it's Halloween week. People are out partying.
>>55788 >said the tard, merely echoing the inane drivel of "close the site" from the various trolls and purity kiddies coming out of the woodwork to tear everything down. Let me guess, *you* should be the moderator? >>55767 It's just the usual pretending to be anti porn or whatever so they can take control of more internet spaces crowd. All they know how to do is screech.
>>55793 Gen Z is anti-porn due to strong Christian beliefs. Hyperpreg got moved to /trash/ cause it has no decency.
I think we're fucked this time. More schizos everywhere just fucking up the board. Less people want an old chan. I doubt anyone eill save us this time unless giga anon comes back, and even at that I am not sure they will. I donated last time but honestly I am not sure I will this time. Guess we pray for that last minute saviour again.
>>55798 Yeah I have to agree. Most of the popular threads have been swamped with retards and I think it's dragging down the overall activity of the site. I feel like people here share way less content than they used to.
>>55767 What's disingenuous is being given examples where you can chose to say no and take your patronage elsewhere and immediately jumping to the equivalent of "You disagree with society somewhat, and yet you still participate in it - curious!" with the supermarket argument. You can find any book online, you can cut out products whose companies make decisions you disagree with. Most people can't just stop going to the supermarket. Honestly I have no horse in this race, I just found the argument you were using against the original Anon was conceited and wanted to pull you up on it.
>>55802 >What's disingenuous is being given examples where you can chose to say no and take your patronage elsewhere and immediately jumping to the equivalent of "You disagree with society somewhat, and yet you still participate in it - curious!" with the supermarket argument. >You can find any book online, you can cut out products whose companies make decisions you disagree with. Most people can't just stop going to the supermarket. Like he can't stop coming to /gen/ to explain why he uses the site but can't support it. See if a vegetarian goes to the supermarket and puts sad stickers on everything in the meat aisle and preaches down to those in line with it, we see that person as an asshat. They COULD just go about their day, stick to their values, consume what they desire, and not espouse their own choices to others. Instead they try to inject their own personal belief system into boring ass, everyday life with strangers in a constant "everything must be a culture war". Just like an anon who comes on to a website they obviously use, to explain why they can't support it because one part of it makes them uncomfortable. Scared little people, in their scared little life, who want to be sheltered and shielded from a world they want to be explained to them, not understand for themselves. We all have to learn to navigate the world alongside everyone else because unless you're up Elon's ass, there's nowhere else to go. I don't exactly care for /bhm/, but I support it's existence solely because I know other people DO care for it. If someone can't support the whole because of a part, they are isolationist and shouldn't be part of the whole, they should just be...somewhere else.

Give it a rest Barclay, leave it to run it's course. You're white knighting yourself to fuck and it's embarrassing.
>>55798 >>55801 >>55817 What's embarrassing is all these people suddenly coming out of the woodwork on a porn website, trying to create the impression that everyone hates the website and it should be removed. Weird, that. Almost feels disingenuous.
>>55806 Nigga what the fuck are you on about
>>55821 I've no idea, but it's a welcome change from Barclay's piss, shit, whine and moan fest on here.
>>55820 Nobody hates the website, they just don't like who's running it. The only time I ever see the staff they're either lashing out and having a tantrum, abusing their power and banning people, or are straight up begging for funds to keep the site up. If the mods act like they're miserable here, then what do you expect is going to happen?
>>55821 It's not the site owner fault you got herpes
>>55820 What are you talking about? People have been complaining about the schizos here for months. In fact, you can see them in the other threads on this board right now.
>>55843 Us schizos don't like the gentrification of the internet. This isn't an assisted living facility.
>>55835 Unless that manager can come up with $2500 in 2 months, then the adults will need to find a new hobby to do besides shitpost here.
(7.17 MB 852x480 canticle.webm)
>>55849 With just two weeks until election day, it's somewhat normal to see political shitposting but god damn are everyone's psyop teams on double-duty lately. I probably should have waited until after to start begging again. The sheer amount of gaslighting, false equivalence, and cognitive dissonance going on in people right now makes it seems like intelligent discussion is impossible. At this point, if giga-anon is still interested, I almost want to be greedy and wish upon a star: a 32 eth donation so I can start a full node for the site and just let it live off the staking income in perpetuity. Then I'd never have to beg and start the shit storm it creates every year. It's not fair to ask any more than last year, but part of me wishes this scenario could just be avoided in the future, it's exhausting navigating what's a genuine comment about the site and staff and whats just shit flinging during our most vulnerable moments.
32 ETH ? Isn't that over $60k Surely that would keep the site running for many many years regardless
>>55858 >32 ETH ? Isn't that over $60k At current prices yep. That would equate to over 15 years of service at current hosting prices. However both of those things can change, for better or worse. It sounds absurd, but I've already been doing this for 8 years. It's not out of the question. At the 32 eth breakpoint, you can run a local staking node on your own hardware, not connected to any third-party, receiving ETH rewards from the blockchain itself, directly to a wallet that could be used to pay the bills essentially forever. It's a complete and utter pipedream, but I thought I'd mention it just in case there is anyone as annoyed as I am at the yearly begging and resulting ruckus who is also a crypto god that got in early and can throw their weight around if they want to.

>>55848 The internet is an assisted facility now. Me thinks the fetish artists are comparable to silent film stars.
>>55856 No offense Barclay, but a lot of these arrogant fetish artists are still dependant on Musk's Twitter, PayPal, and Tesla. It's only fitting that they offer their OCs as a tribute to the Hunger Games and engage in prima nocta, they will be spared.
>>55691 Hey Barcs, 8chan anon here. Once again, if need be, I can talk to the guys in charge over there to help you transfer the entire imageboard on their own servers. Hoping you do get enough funding for the site though, this place has huge sentimental value to me and it would be a shame to see it wither away.
I would donate if I can use Paypal and have proof that the money is going to this site. There are other people as well, who want to donate this way. Gofundme or something like that. Why is this not an option?
>>55888 Read the thread
>>55888 >>55730 Read the last answer
>>55971 >Read the last answer You know, if Barclay had taken note of all the suggestions that have been given in the last few years of begging countdowns this place would be just fine. Ads. No change to the ads, still just the one. Two at the top, two at the bottom, would still be nowhere near the levels of legacy media news sites. Barclay doesn't like them. FFS. Take a look at the boards, it thrived as a pirate fat porn site, not there's fucking all sorts of schizo shit boards, most of which deviantart covers. Fucking drop them. Gen, BBW, SSBBW, Tits, Ass. Drop video file attachments, restrict the filesize of photos. You're causing so much of this Barclay. Simple fixes.
I like Barclay and it's not just because I happen to know a Barclay back home.
Barclay if you permaban Kilotroll I will consider donating a bit of crypto to the site.
>>55985 >Drop video file attachments Honestly this. There's gofile and Wetransfer at people's disposal. >>Barclay doesn't like them. FFS Yeah that's retarded, especially when he's literally begging right now.
>>55707 >>55711 Yea, bbwdraw had a big resurgence after last years donation drive after we had mentioned the shit psycho modding going on with the Kipteitei thread. Barcley stepped in and got the modding back into check. Like clockwork, we're back in it with a mod going fucking psycho again now in the BetterWithSalt thread. Deleting just one single instance of high quality discourse is enough to devalue this entire site from a unique, useful thing to many times worse than already established sites. It's that simple. Why do I or anyone waste our time to interact on here if there's a strong chance a mod is just going to delete it? The reward of writing this long ass post is to get responses. No responses, I'm not coming here and nobody else is. Yes, there are actual schizo trolls using chatGPT to write actual garbage, I don't know why. Feel free to delete if there isn't a single reasonable point in their post. But the "post pics and shutup" shit is dumb. Make variety threads, ask me my favorite pic, or post your favorite but this website isn't supposed to be a dumping ground ghost town. I have a hard drive, that's the hoarding dumping ground if I want one. All the artists worth viewing have perfect galleries managed and organized for viewing, and premium ones for literally less than a coffee. Not the value of this site, at all, at least in bbwdraw world. I don't know Barclay, you got mods going ape again, the previous CP storm and the necessary evil of the VPN block kicked the entire draw board's user counts out of its critical mass zone. Now it's a ghost town with little discussion, lots of begging, and a mod standing on the throat of the final discussion going on over there. The ship needs major readjusting again. I know it isn't the hands off approach, but a community manager or something is needed to kick start things back up. This site has fallen off so hard that its like a monthly check for me even though I'm in the industry (on the art side). Used to be a daily happening here. There's nothing of substance, news or discussion, wise really going on now on the site. The site needs money to exist but keeping the boat's engine on while it's just swirling around the toilets drain isn't going to help. Not sure if it's fisable but I think a site ambassador organizing commissions of the sites' mascot or community voted commissions would be a big brain move. Or something to drive traffic here. The content isn't here right now. Something to get things going, idk. Wishing you the best with the fundraising, regardless!
>>56016 Not that I don't agree with you, but the one Nazi poster that was spamming up the thread was proclaiming he was posting "high quality discourse". So I'm a little dubious as to what you're referring to. But yes, there's extremes on moderating here. You have power-hungry mods shutting down discussion and completely absent moderation when threads go awry. Like you can't mention that SSBBW Adeline has lost weight but if you divert to how Trump is secretly winning the election because liberals are banning porn, then that's A-OK. Genuinely hate what this site has become. I am more than willing to jump shit to anywhere that will run a tighter ship.
>>56019 Yeah I mean the real definition, not that jerk bad faithing or whatever . I saw some of the BWS thread on the earlier pages of that beach comic and people had legit greivences. Then some people wanted to dig head into sand on anything discussion. Then I blinked and the thread is nothing but screaming about jannies mucking the thread up for there being discussions and red text everywhere. Maybe someone pushed boundaries but then their IP should be banned, yea? If it wasn't bad enough for a ban or a final warning at least, it probably shouldn't have been deleted. So not 100% on how it happened but I'd err on the side that a mix of bad attitudes that hate all discussion and an overly heavy handed mod caused the actual shit storm. (I'm assuming IP bans are a lot stronger now with the whole VPN barrier up) The Kip thread thrives on a continuous cycle of new page, 10 posts complaining, 5 posts of useful complaining that often hold some fun ideas for where the story could've gone, and then it rinses and repeats. It's not the best content cycle, but it's a blessing compared to the bulk of the other threads. I would 1000% rather check up on the latest Kip page here, laugh at the 'real' feeling posts below it that are wild but higher quality than a DeviantArt hug box comment section, and maybe add my own piece. It's beautiful, it's value this site has. Maybe this mod or community manager could drive things in a positive direction like that. Define a little bit what this site is for. And if the thread somehow goes the BWS route of one or two people spamming "SHUT UP SHUT UP" warn them, ban them, idk they aren't adding anything. Let people chat man. Let people post, help the place thrive a little. Just add a little positive direction.
You know, all these other boards could exist on any legitimately funded server, which would substantially bring down how much traffic this place needs to pay for to be up 24/7. The problem is..... Barclay. Conspicuous silence as he wallows in his little domains demise oblivious to the fact it could all have been fixed long ago. The fact that in the last year this place has only generated enough as revenue to exist another ,4 months is astounding and obviously points to Barclay for not sorting his shit out. To the guy that's said he'll arrange 8-chan to take the site image and host over there, it ain't gonna happen with Barclay, he's going down with the Titanic convinced he never did anything wrong. I don't know why people hold him to any regard around here. He can't be bothered and it fucking well shows.
>>55985 >Gen, BBW, SSBBW, Tits, Ass. This right here. This is all we need. The other stuff really isn't necessary, when the emphasis on the site is about Big Beautiful Women.
>>56024 nah man, equal representation should be given to both sexes :/
>>56023 >all these other boards could exist on any legitimately funded server This place wouldn't last a month if we had to comply with DCMA takedowns. That's precisely why we have this domain and why it takes crypto. Barclay and his mods just don't have the manpower to patrol this place if we went legit. I know we complain no content is being shared but what do you think will happen when we CAN'T?

>>55869 Will keep it in mind >>55985 >You know, if Barclay had taken note of all the suggestions that have been given in the last few years of begging countdowns this place would be just fine. >Ads. No change to the ads, still just the one. Two at the top, two at the bottom, would still be nowhere near the levels of legacy media news sites. Barclay doesn't like them. FFS. I would absolutely LOAD the site up with ads, were there any other no-know-your-customer, pays-in-crypto-at-a-decent rate ad-networks. To my knowledge, there aren't any. We've added/tried others in the past, Adbit comes to mind. It literally paid like 5 cents a day. If anyone wants to chime in on another ad network with the quality and reliability of A-ads, I'm all ears. >Take a look at the boards, it thrived as a pirate fat porn site, not there's fucking all sorts of schizo shit boards, most of which deviantart covers. Fucking drop them While killing boards would lower the amount of work mods have to do, it wouldn't save on our bills. >Drop video file attachments, restrict the filesize of photos. Again, this would do nothing to impact our finances. We're already running on the cheapest server that actually provides a good user experience. Saving any money on the monthly server costs WOULD include getting rid of video, but even after that, the experience would be slow and unreliable, as we'd have to move to a 100mb pipe, which is just not enough for the amount of traffic we get from even the core boards. >Barclay if you permaban Kilotroll I will consider donating a bit of crypto to the site. Homie, he's done been banned many times. Anyone you see who is just relentless, who seems to always be there, stirring up the pot: those are the people with time on their hands to get around simple IP bans. Sometime we resort to ASN bans, but then our Ban Appeal log fills the fuck up really quick with innocents. >>55997 >Barclay doesn't like them. FFS >Yeah that's retarded, especially when he's literally begging right now. I LOVE ADS. If we could pay our way on ads alone with no donations I'd do it in a heartbeat. In fact, we did, for many years, with just the one ad network. Even with bitcoin's price rising over time, since we've been actually been spending it as we generate it from the ads, we haven't been able to capitalize on any huge price swings. >>56016 >Deleting just one single instance of high quality discourse is enough to devalue this entire site from a unique, useful thing to many times worse than already established sites. It's that simple. Why do I or anyone waste our time to interact on here if there's a strong chance a mod is just going to delete it? The reward of writing this long ass post is to get responses. No responses, I'm not coming here and nobody else is. This is a chan. A post, even if not deleted by a mod, is ethereal. It will get bumped off eventually. I don't see why anyone has any huge attachment to what they post here. I get that it can be annoying to have it removed. However, I hear this kind of stuff all the time: then, I go and check the deleted posts on a.architect.coffee in a thread, and it's all just fucking nonsense that was removed. I really wish, when everyone posts this vague "mods are censoring legitimate discussion", they'd just fucking link to it on a.architect.coffee, instead of just slinging around wild accusations. I've yet to see anything of any real value be deleted and then been shown to me, in quite some time. Just "it totally happened" with nothing to back it up. >>56023 >The problem is..... Barclay. Conspicuous silence as he wallows in his little domains demise oblivious to the fact it could all have been fixed long ago. The fact that in the last year this place has only generated enough as revenue to exist another ,4 months is astounding and obviously points to Barclay for not sorting his shit out. By vowing to never personally put myself in danger by connecting my personal finances to the site, I have little option to "sort my shit out". The way the site is (one step away from the dark web and operating illegitimately), and the stance I've taken (I will never risk my ass for this little 4chan knock-off), makes this an impossible situation. Either someone needs to take my place that's willing to risk their own personal safety to take traditional donations and run traditional ad networks on a site with DMCA violations and loli, OR the site itself needs to fundamentally shift away from piracy and grey-area subjects and into a more legitimate concern. i.e., a job for the admin and mods, and a more restrictive playground for all the users. Or I guess, if there's really no support for either of those things, BBWChan can just pass into dubious legend. It wouldn't be the first time. And someone would probably bring it back at some point, somewhere. We've got like 3 people in /gen/ saying we need a total revamp, and 300,000 users on the site everyday who haven't felt the need to voice their need for change. I'm willing to bet, most people are just fine with how the site is and would call it nostalgic or comfy. There aren't a ton of these places left.

>>56020 So you are bitching about the salt thread getting cleaned out, but have no idea why. I've deleted probably 80 posts from the schizo in there. Got sick of trying to figure out where senseless arguing began. Left the images since this is a fucking image board. Most of the time your "discussions" are just useless shit that push threads towards the bump limit. Now stop feeding the fucking trolls and just carry on with the thread instead of bitching all the time
>>56031 >>56033 Yea, there you go. You two match up your stories and see if the vision here aligns. Every post is ethereal you say Barclay, okay. Mod says every post is basically a waste of space that just brings the thread closer to deletion. Uhh huh. And why is it that this attitude has chased away quality and created a nothing chamber? I get it, the site is fundamentally different than others, it's not reddit or an old school forums. But it's been used before as something useful, and now it's not without any mechanical changes. It's just now that its not working that we throw our hands up and say it was designed not to work, or we like it its natural state of being useless. The attitude and hope that no one will say nothing of value here, because it's not designed to be anything of value here. Yea no, I didn't know the exactities of the BWS thread situation but I had a hunch. I un-etheraled this shit and I have 3 examples within a minute. I see perfectly fine, now deleted comments. They're not huge quality, but they're conversation starters. I Ctrl-F their user number... They haven't posted again since they had their comments deleted in over a week. How many users does the site have to toss these 3 users out 'because'? Why would they comment again? They got told to shutup. https://a.architect.coffee/bbwdraw/thread/225309/#225438 https://a.architect.coffee/bbwdraw/thread/225309/#225460 https://a.architect.coffee/bbwdraw/thread/225309/#225522 I get it, I see the racist dude going off in-between the normal chatter. But this is 100% what caused the previous Kip thread censorship. All it takes is 1 clown to go psycho and nobody gets to speak anymore. I'm in basically a designated bitching thread and I'm being told I'm bitching, shut up. Yea. These websites require content to thrive. And this sites content is largely its unique discussions between users, not the fap content that's much easier to get elsewhere than here. It's not this one example that's a huge deal but it's endemic in the attitude that's conveyed consistently here by the ones in charge: "Delete shit, nothing matters, and whatever shut up."
>>56046 Alright, kudos to you for doing the legwork. I'm not going to make any excuses, those three posts there didn't deserve to be deleted. For context, 20 separate mod actions happened on that thread, on that day. While the first and third of these examples that are essentially just "this sucks" definitely got caught in the crossfire of "let's clean this thread up starting from when it got shitty to the last post of schizo/flaming/nonsense" and no one would miss them, the second one, where someone asks why the best fetish artists used overly complicated premises, should not have been removed and was a legitimate post. I think if the mod who was cleaning up the shit streak had been paying closer attention, that post would not have gotten a tick when they were selecting all the rest. Sometimes people mod from their phones, from bed, and make mistakes. It's as simple as that. Having said all that, if these are the best examples you could come up with, I see this whole "censorship of unique discussions" as a giant nothing burger. There are 40 posts an hour on average on the site. I don't see any proof of some giant "no one gets to speak" conspiracy. I see a few lightning rod threads that got their head shaved instead of a bowlcut. Being upset about this kind of "content" being "suppressed" is a little sad. It's a fucking chan. It's the least amount of moderation you will ever see on any modern website. If anyone feels it's "too much", well, all I can say is you'd rather have the mods than not have them. I learned that the hard way in the No Mod March.

>>56048 Pretty sure the third was the schizo. He was posting relatively normal shit till he lost it
>>56046 Id changes. It can't be trusted to say that those people never post anymore. I've posted a few times in this thread under a few different id's
>>55691 I'm willing to donate, but I utterly detest crypto entirely and have avoided so much as touching the stuff with a ten foot pole. Is there a way to just donate cash?
>>56063 Unfortunately no, Barclay thinks he's running some highly illegal dark web website. The fact is, he likes people sharing shite AI art more than actual fat porn in and expects donations from people because he's as retarded as the dickheads ruining most of the threads that his retarded woke simp fuck mods fail to keep under control. Make no mistake, Barclay is ruining this website for not seeing the wood for the trees.
>>56068 The dark web in America is just slang for sites that operate pornography, drugs, and crypto instead of Tesla, Apple. Really, it's rooted in boomer beliefs that the internet isn't profitable.
>>56068 I see the left complaining Trump plans on banning pornography. I am doubtful since it sounds like nerds playing with computers. The hard truth is that data has no needs or wants
>>56068 >Barclay thinks he's running some highly illegal dark web website. The fact he made it such a hassle for people to join the Discord and then complained when nobody wanted to help the site is a testament to his incompentance. And that's not including how many times he's dragged his feet and had his finger up his ass when dealing other issues that plauge this site for too damn long like the CP and excessive spam.
>>56072 Like I said, boomers don't like pornography or the internet because it takes away from their perception America stuck in the 1950s.
>>56072 >>56068 The hard truth is that Gen Z is on TikTok and don't care for mainstream boomer oedipal neurosis. The dark web is just a myth made up by newspaper men who are salty they're just meat shields. I, who make 27k yearly, have no influence over the masses.
Admin aren't you able to contribute cryptocurrency to the website? Also couldn't you just make another PayPal account if it got shut down for copyright infringement. You don't need to connect a bank account to PayPal
>>56072 So hard to join the discord. It is literally listed in the links. Holy hell, how lazy can you be
>>56072 Discord is shit and retarded anyways, and websites that put their content behind something that requires me to give them their phone number should be force to swim in a pool full of acetone.
>>56052 Hi, I'm the person that made the "Salt sucks at writing outside of wg" post. I was actually shocked to see mine being used as an example here, but I am not the schizophrenic that is shitting up the thread. I am curious though. How are we supposed to share criticism at all when assholes like the dude who was causing shit earlier can run rampant without getting banned. I actually have criticisms of salt I would go in-depth on if somebody had asked. But because of that guy and makes people who actually have complaints seem like crazy dicks. I think this entire situation with Salt is stupid, and stems from things not being handled. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the moment he started shit posting he should have been dealt with. How can I be expected to support a shitty website that can't even do basic moderation? Barclay, even if we don't have crypto. PayPal is an option. People here have even expressed a want to give you money but they don't want to use crypto. Bbwchan isn't exactly a necessity. I legitimately only come here to talk I can find Art and pay for it elsewhere. If the threads were better taken care of I think people wouldn't be as pissed.
Hi - I am a longtime bbwchan poster and have been sharing and collecting content from here since the old days of gigatribe. Generally I have a lot of positive things to say about the way Barclay has run this place but I am starting to think the site has outlived its usefulness and it wouldn't be the worst thing if we let it go. I have suggested in other threads that we try to migrate to SimpCity, which is strictly for sharing content and free of the rampant schizo bullshit that has overrun this place lately. I know a coordinated shift to a pre-established site is borderline impossible but even just growing the ssbbw/etc sharing community over there up by 10-20 regular posters would be a huge improvement.
>>55691 So if we don't make the quota, will you give us a timeline of what will happen? I have around 50 GB of stuff I want to upload, but it'll take me forever to do so.
>>55691 BBWchan's only problem is how involved mods are without reports. Why would you want to delete posts without getting a report beforehand?
There are things you should do if you nee cash here: 1 - get ads on the site. Even a popunder or popup will help a lot. Yes, for some may find it annoying. But for what this site provides, it's a fair trade off. I suggest adsterra or exoclick. 2 - stop being so heavy handed with bans. If people are sharing things and the people don't have to pay for it, it shouldn't matter if there are ads or not. HOW people get free stuff shouldn't be policed, it's free. 3 - set up a donation button permanently at the top of the page. I know I myself would have given little bits here and there in paypal or btc. 4- If you do decide to use the ads I used in suggestion 2, you'd need to put an anti-adblock code in you site Guys, I know people hate ads, but FREE has a price

Been lurking here a long time, post on rare occasions. If this place goes I will kinda miss it, but I sure won't miss all the spam and weird posts from crazy people. This guy who's obsessed with that one image of a cartoon dog and cat holding tennis rackets (is that Warioware? Looks like Warioware) is just the latest of many weirdos to spam the site with nonsense instead of the site's true, noble goal of sharing fat girl content. I agree that it would probably be better to put more effort into sites that are about the content, and not about "discussion" where it's usually just people being extremely angry or weird. I just want content of fat girls, man. I'm not here for your politics or your hot takes on how shitty some artist is because their comic is too slow or whatever. If Kemono can get its' shit together (or get replaced by something that works better) there's a lot less need for a traditional chan anyway, especially since stuff doesn't last long here before vanishing, unlike Kemono which is a proper archive (when it works). Incidentally a Kemono clone that only uploaded fat art would be nice so I didn't have to sift through a bunch of other things I don't want to see to get to the good stuff. Imagine the bandwidth saved by not uploading all those other fetishes. If BBWchan dies, the thing I'd miss the most from here would be, of all things, the AI board, because that board is largely original content that you can't get anywhere else, and I've gotten a lot of very nice pictures from the request threads there from generous folks. Barclay himself has made some gens I absolutely love (I'll never stop gushing about those Dorothy Haze, Stella Hoshii, and Momoyo pics, man) and I'm amazed how far AI art has come in the past few years. If this is the end, for real this time, it's been a solid run. Thanks for everything you've done, Barclay. Would enjoy seeing you go the way of Leaf and start doing gens on another site if this one goes. This site may die, but there will always be obese anime women to masturbate to. And isn't that what's really important?
>>56130 >you'd need to put an anti-adblock code in you site So long as it's skippable. Harassing people will just make people go elsewhere.
>>56145 Oh yeah, definitely, they need to make it skippable on question.
>>56048 And this is why no one is going to donate to Barclays little place on the web. You got caught out, tried to offer some half hearted apology but ultimately sided with your fucked up schizo bastard mods WHO YOU I terview and give permissions to. Then to top it off (you narcissistic cunt) you come back with well if that's all you have to offer I don't see what the problem is. The problem is you Barclay, you've fucked the website up, you know it and you're hanging around like the Emperor's New Clothes. Why don't you just bring the website down sooner and take off with the last bit of crypto you were given in good faith. It's not the shady dark web website you think it is, it's turned into a schizo hangout led by weirdo cunts offering up AI art. You're fucking weird Barclay.
>>56046 >>56089 That first one was me, and I can say that I'm not the schizo either. I'm someone who wants to see salt do the best that he can but he constantly disappoints because of bad decision making.
>>56151 You sure are an angry fella. Surprised you can lift that bigass axe you're trying to grind. This is a website about fat chicks, not some life and death struggle, dude.
>>56161 This is how any cartoon drawing, content distribution channel goes. See how the incestuous mods and sex workers at r/comics have ruined the community. Somehow it’s always the bland mid “slice of life” comics like Pizzacake going nuclear and threatening BHJ with a C&S.
>>55691 To think the ai board was the only productive board with no bullshit or spergs poisoning threads and keeping their shit to their respective places. >>55738 Fuck that place it became the new internet's ball-pit with so many crayon eating spastics jerking off to the new piece of shit that broke "the whole webs11!!?11", even this site has more freedom, you trash on them weabtards over the new turd of the month Shonen Jump or call out mediocre artists and make them seethe.
>>56160 Yeah it was just caught in the cleanup
>>55768 As a fellow brit, let me say you are a fucking clown
>>55803 >Like he can't stop coming to /gen/ to explain why he uses the site but can't support it. Exactly Barclay, I use the TMC thread a a lot and dont like belly and blueberry expansion. Do i Annoy and berate people that share and talk about Blueberry and belly inflation? No Do i enjoy the thread and contribute/download what i want without bothering other users there for what they like, Not imposing my beliefs on others and going about my day? Yes Some people on here need to be more grateful this site is even available publicly for free, keep yourself to yourself and accept that people generally have different tastes, if you cant do that then fuck off and go forever, cos your a cancer on this forum and your not wanted, PERIOD See something you dont agree with and dont like? Fucking move on and forget about it, You are not a victim and are certainly not Entitled to push and force your views on others. Your amazing Barclay and i personally thank you for all the hard work you put in to this site, despite all the ungrateful dickheads that use it
I am fucking howling at this thread. TLDR : The site owner is begging for another giga-anon donation The site owner is also trying to incentivise him uploading files from his old hard drive in return for donations People say they'd donate if it was a bit easier but get shot down People are saying they would donate but don't agree with crypto donating or the fact that the mods get butt hurt at loads of things All suggestions are wrong in the site owners eyes. Some people clearly aren't impressed with the owner Positives : Onlly a Brit has slagged a Brit, that's pretty unique for here. Negatives : This site sure looks like it ain't gonna last, it's been a blast, but this site ain't what it used to be. Barclay announces a new begging campaign whilst also putting on some weird pay per vid from his old hard drive from the old fod array. A plea for giga-anon to pony up again
>>55721 different anon, but I do think not hosting AI content would at least save you on some of the hosting fees, no? Don't threads full of those images take up space/cost money by taking up space when its posted? I don't care that it's AI, but if we do need to tighten the belt in what winds up being paid for in terms of image hosting then it seems like a reasonable place to trim first.
>>56201 And all of it could sit on a server not paid for by anonymous crypto and therefore could be funded by more traditional ad revenue widgets. Try telling that to LtBarclay as that would be seen as criticism and he's Teflon in that respect. But that ain't gonna happen round here,
>>56201 >but I do think not hosting AI content would at least save you on some of the hosting fees, no? it sure would but it's drop in the bucket. videos consume disproportionate more space than pictures, and there's barely any in bbwai. really deleting some boards is not a lasting solution to hosting costs. >>56130 >get ads on the site. bro didn't read
No dedicated trans thread, nor USSBBW, so idk if I'll donate. My advice is free though. Sell AI-generated fat woman NFTs. Until the NFT fad/scam dies, people will buy a few here and there. Enough to fulfill the entire needs of the site? Maybe, somewhat doubtful. But it's something.
>>56048 Now I wonder if we'll get a Thanksgiving miracle in which I will doubt happen to reference last year with a Halloween miracle.
>>56196 >>The site owner is also trying to incentivise him uploading files from his old hard drive in return for donations At that point it'd be easier to just buy your own porn instead of going through hoops for dude's sloppy seconds. I bet his videos are either trash or already have been shared dozens of times before lol.
>>56279 Without sounding like I'm going hard in like some of the other dismissive GB flag comments, much of this thread is true. You're right, the files are old, and have been sourced from here so in all likelihood you'll already have it if you lurk regularly. This place will end up an AI sharing board if it survives. The amount of porn getting shared in bbw and SSBBW is nothing like it used to be, all because of over zealous and ridiculous mods, which we've already seen Barclay defend. It's surely gonna go.
Before I respond to anything else, let me acknowledge some donations. Nov 1st: 0.078385 eth, now valued at ~$220 Thank you for your 1 month pledge! Nov 5th: 0.119465 eth, now valued at ~$335 Thank you for your 90 day pledge! In addition, I was not aware our XMR wallet was created in the "legacy" days and it had not updated / scanned blocks on the new chain for over a year. In the equivalent of finding bills under the couch, after updating the wallet I was surprised to find 1.9854 XMR in the balance, valued at ~$325. Most of this was received during last years donation drive and was not properly acknowledged. I apologize for that as there was no notice on the wallet that it needed to be updated. To those privacy-conscious anons who donated XMR last year and the one on 4/7/24, thank you. I am sorry I did not see them. This brings our current donations + leftover ad revenue ($375) + leftover giga-donation ($575) to $1898 (9 additional months of hosting, if everything were to be converted to USDC for future use as of the time of this post). Just $600 more and we're set for another year and I can take this cringe thread down until next time. >>56080 >Admin aren't you able to contribute cryptocurrency to the website? I'm not in a place in my life right now where I can afford to, as I'm sure many other people are. In addition, if you expect me to work for this site AND pay to have the pleasure to do so, not happening. Love the site, but on a volunteer basis, not as an investor or paypig. >Also couldn't you just make another PayPal account if it got shut down for copyright infringement. You don't need to connect a bank account to PayPal Brother Paypal does Know-your-customer. Even if you don't connect a bank account, they know who you are, trust me. Let me make it clear: the way the site operates, there is no way for me to take traditional payments without risk to myself. I will not, have not, will never do it. It's not worth it. I've never wanted to "make money" on this site. I just want it to pay for itself. I don't want to tangle my own finances with it, not even a little. Not unless it went legit. >>56089 >I am curious though. How are we supposed to share criticism at all when assholes like the dude who was causing shit earlier can run rampant without getting banned. Simple IP bans are ineffective for obsessed, crazy weirdos. Believe me, we DO ban the people you see shitting up the place. They just come back on a new IP or ASN. Sometimes, banning them makes them even MORE crazy. It's a delicate balance between bans and just wiping up the shit stains and moving on. >>56093 >I am a longtime bbwchan poster and have been sharing and collecting content from here since the old days of gigatribe. Generally I have a lot of positive things to say about the way Barclay has run this place but I am starting to think the site has outlived its usefulness and it wouldn't be the worst thing if we let it go Thanks for the appreciation and as far as "outlived it's usefulness", I have pondered this quite a bit. It is, for all intents and purposes, archaic. Do things with little value, gain it as they become more rare? Do we sometimes want to "maintain" an endangered animal population even though we know, eventually, one or two generations down the line, it will be extinct anyway, despite our efforts? I see these site like theoldnet.com and I realize that, though the internet is still relatively young, there is already nostalgia for certain eras of it, and efforts to maintain it, even if there is no "point". >>56094 With nine additional months of funding now in our coffers (plus 1-3 additional months the ad revenue will generate during those), I'd say you have time. >>56130 > get ads on the site. Even a popunder or popup will help a lot. Yes, for some may find it annoying. But for what this site provides, it's a fair trade off. I suggest adsterra or exoclick. These are traditional ad networks with know-your-customer requirements, so that's a no from me. Even if they were crypto, I hate those kinds of ads. It plagued the site in the past and I doubt I would ever willingly choose to go back to them, unless the payout was insane.... even then.... to make more money on ads, annoy users, make them leave, and then make less, idk. >stop being so heavy handed with bans. If people are sharing things and the people don't have to pay for it, it shouldn't matter if there are ads or not. HOW people get free stuff shouldn't be policed, it's free I've directed my mods to place no more than a few days for minor infractions, but if you're saying we should allow ad-links to be shared, nah man. It's against the rules and for good reason. We don't have sketchy ads here because we don't want our users exposed to that sort of stuff. Allowing it to be linked to is just as bad. No one should be trying to make money on sharing/re-sharing/trading. > set up a donation button permanently at the top of the page. I know I myself would have given little bits here and there in paypal or btc. I will look at doing this. If anyone has any suggestions for pre-made scripts or 3rd parties that offer this (something that normies can just put a credit card in, buy and send in one swoop kind of thing) let me know. >>56131 >If BBWchan dies, the thing I'd miss the most from here would be, of all things, the AI board, because that board is largely original content that you can't get anywhere else, and I've gotten a lot of very nice pictures from the request threads there from generous folks. And isn't that what's really important? Truer words were never spoken. >>56151 >And this is why no one is going to donate to Barclays little place on the web. Well you're already wrong there. Idk where all that anger is coming from, but I would suggest you take what happens here MUCH less seriously. >>56196 >The site owner is also trying to incentivise him uploading files from his old hard drive in return for donations I'll admit it was a lame plea and not a single person took advantage of even requesting files under 350mb. I did make it somewhat difficult to parse on purpose though heh. >All suggestions are wrong in the site owners eyes. No, it's just many of the suggestions I simply can't implement without compromising my values that I've stated multiple times. >>56202 >And all of it could sit on a server not paid for by anonymous crypto and therefore could be funded by more traditional ad revenue widgets While it's true I could spin off AI into it's own server with its own url/ad revenue, it contributes a decent amount of ad revenue to BBWchan itself. With our current ad revenue being pretty pitiful, I don't relish reducing ad revenue on the main site to get some on a new one. >>56205 >really deleting some boards is not a lasting solution to hosting costs. Yea I'm not sure why this keeps coming up. We have unlimited BANDWIDTH on a 1tb pipe. So it doesn't matter how many pictures/videos are loaded/streamed/downloaded during a month, we pay the same rate. As for STORAGE, our RAID 1 256gb setup has always been sufficient, as threads and their videos/pictures fall off/get deleted from the archive all the time. You can see we only use ~140GB on the homepage. We don't pay for every GB we use on the drive or anything ridiculous like that. It's just included in the monthly hosting cost like any other server. So all these suggestions about trimming boards to save on costs are just, misguided. They don't understand whats actually happening behind the scenes. >>56276 >My advice is free though. Sell AI-generated fat woman NFTs. Until the NFT fad/scam dies, people will buy a few here and there. That's really funny I actually joked about that to my mods many moons ago. Something like a BBWChan calendar collection of the best from /bbwai/, each one costs $200 (essentially a month of hosting) and they could all be themed around the month and year that you're buying for the site. Maybe those NFT holders could access the array, get priority AI gens, or some other little perks for having them. Funny little idea, never went through with it. >>56279 >At that point it'd be easier to just buy your own porn instead of going through hoops for dude's sloppy seconds. I bet his videos are either trash or already have been shared dozens of times before lol. Make no mistake, there are some gems in there, though yes, it is mostly sourced from here, starting around 2015. >>56284 >This place will end up an AI sharing board if it survives. I have definitely considered that if the main site ever go completely tits up, I would spin off a separate, just AI site, though stufferAI seems to have that pretty handled so idk. Anyway, whoo, that was a lot to respond to. To celebrate the extension on our life, there are now no file size restrictions for requests.

>>56285 Will you be doing requests in the AI board someday because the request thread their has one person fulfilling there.
>>56285 >>In addition, if you expect me to work for this site AND pay to have the pleasure to do so, not happening. Love the site, but on a volunteer basis, not as an investor or paypig. Why do you make everything sound so much like a hassle while acting like you don't want to even to this anymore? This is one of the problems that people are addressing that you're grossly ignoring. You and your mods act so damn miserable all of the time, despite you all being the main reason why the site's the way it is. And you would rather shift blame or flat out ignore this instead of owning up to your mistakes and trying to make sure that this doesn't happen again. But hey, after 8 years of this I'm pretty sure we'll be having the same conversation next year as well.
>>56340 We are doing this for free to help the site live. You seem to always have something to say about the way the site is ran. Too much moderation, too little. Have you ever stopped to think that we actually have lives. We have families that we spend time with, women that we fuck. Maybe it is time for you to finally leave the basement and try it out. Just stop being a miserable cuntbag for once in your life. It will be alright. No one is forcing you to be here
>>56340 No one's forcing you to be a troll, either. Yet you keep banging this drum cause some mod deleted one of your oh so precious posts three years ago or whatever.
>>56340 Let's take a look at your oh so precious contributions to the chan. Just as we expected. Nothing of value
>>56285 >>I can take this cringe thread down until next time. No, please, don't take it down, because you acknowledged so much on here and made you look like the absolutely dog shit cunt that you really are. You came on with your pissy whine fest that you can't host your degenerate AI wank photos without and mentioned you'd not looked at the donations you had that had come in. Makes you look like what we already know, you're a cunt heading up a set of mods who are similarly a set of fucking cunts. I was going to post a few examples on the bbw and ssbbw threads where your dumb asshat fucktards are literally deleting comments that are requests for content. Fucking hilarious. So let's spread the love around and tell the mods they're a set of feeble fuckers too. You actually don't deserve any donations with the way you behave. Go stick some objects up your asses.
>>56357 Maybe nothing of value, but everything he wrote is based as fuck. Americans really need to STFU about their retarded politics, and go back to minding their own damn business like they were prior to WW2. Thank god my family left that brain dead country decades ago.
>>56357 >>Nothing of value What's wrong, you don't like it when I call out people's bullshit and bust your little schizo balls?
>>56356 Nigga I wasn't even here three years ago. I only show up for the free porn, and there's barely even that because you fags spend more time bickering over politics, waffle stomping, or how ugly the woman's feeder is.
>>56285 to be fair, you don't have to use adsterra or exoclics popups or popunders. the CPM banners would be fine. That way, nobody will be annoyed.
Just sent 151USDC. Let me know if it comes through.
>>56340 This rocks by the way and he has made more contributions to this website than the entire whining mod team that his posts have brought out of the woodwork. >>56341 >>56357 Just like /bbwdraw/, this thread is better with salt.
(1.18 MB 640x478 confirm-nod.gif)
>>56484 Received, thank you.
>>55691 Anon here. Donated some USDC. Please let me know if/when received :)
>>56548 Con...firmed. Holy Shit. Locking thread. New thread incoming.
