Not at all. I think it's a wonderful thing to have something so close to us that we find attractive and desiring. Especially when it's something as innocent as liking your partners big and soft and wanting to feed/pamper them to be bigger and softer.
When it comes to the health part, I like to think of it like a lot of things in life that are pleasurable may have negative consequences. Eating too much, drinking too much, smoking too much, etc. Even when it comes to fetishes. Knife/blood play isn't "healthy", choking play isn't "healthy", rough play isn't "healthy". But people still practice them consensually and ethically because it's simply enjoyable to them, and the potential negative side effects are outweighed by the pleasure they experience.
Same way I am with feedism. I am with a partner in a happy relationship where we both consensually embrace the lifestyle. She gets pleasure from being pampered and being soft and jiggly (her own words), while I get pleasure from feeding her, watching her gain, and getting to make love to her beautiful body. Sure, she still tries to be healthy as possible given the fetish, and I like to be mentally ready if any issues do arise. But I never make myself feel bad for it. This is ultimately what I enjoy, and I would be living a lie if I judged myself for it and tried to push it away.
