Something I noticed this election. The first time trump got elected. Models raged and said how much they hate him and everyone that voted for him. This time I have not seen anything. 2 possible theories 1- the first time they did it they lost a bunch of revenue and realized it was not a good business move to yell at their customers 2- they saw that trump won the popular vote and realized that their customers voted for him (possibly and quitely themselves voted as well). thoughts
Trumps threatening to unleash the military on his enemies. These models are the type of weak willed liberals who only vote demmy because they want abortions for golddiggers. They’re too scared of violent retribution and honestly proactively allying themselves to the future authoritarian ethnostate.
Ooooooor Seeing Trump get elected the second time hits different. Everybody has been through it before.
>>56384 > Trumps threatening to unleash the military on his enemies. Not his enemies. These pink haired feminists are the enemy within and need to be deported to Ukraine to be some North Korean hero soldier’s bride.
>>56385 We will be tracking down and arresting liberals who make terroristic agitation online to undermine the country.
>>56387 >liberals Marxists are not liberals.
How should I know how the Donald won? I was watching movies from summer to fall and not thinking of politics until after the election. Even when pestered about Project 2025, I don't know anything. I am an ignorant man thanks to Shilajit. I was dreaming of deer, moose, armadillo, bear going on rampages and flower fields. My current work has less demands and less need for hours above 40, but Democrats keep waging a crusade against grocery and fast food making $16 a hour instead of their vanity projects. I guess Trump won cause Sanders and Warren bullied the immigrant they hired to work at Wendy's and McDonald's to lower prices, causing them to vote Republican or develop conservative values. The sexism of billionaire investors also drove women to Trump cause they can't handle being told they're wrong. Lastly, celebrities developing chauvinistic behaviors like Will Smith protecting his wife's honor, Jerry Seinfeld demanding dominant masculinity, Dave Chappelle going on a boomer moment, made people vote Trump. The Donald maybe a dumb jock, but he's know a Tory. That Alex Jones, Ron Desantis, Ben Shapiro are so repulsive that it scared Americans back to the Donald. Whew, I don't know how the Daily Wire is affording Rob Schneider, but Ben Shapiro has a pregnancy fetish whoring his sister, a furry fetish with Bluey knock off.
>>56384 D'Espisto and Santos lost the 3rd and 4th District cause they didn't know when to shut the fuck up about transgender teens. Even more baffling cause both are millennials. It's like how Giuliani got told to go eat Chick-fil-A when he ran for Governor of the state and whined about not getting vaccinated. Yeah Lawn Guylanders are bipolar and manic, but you don't want to mess with a schizo who can drive the Southern State, Jericho without crashing into a pol
>>56383 First of all, Trump and the republicans blatantly stole the 2024 election. But that doesn't even matter, because even if it was a true win, nothing would be different. Either way, all of the following is true: You retards think you're the silent majority, but really you're the obnoxiously loud minority. No one fucking cares that trump won except for you, because your entire identity is politics, because you have no life. The models have lives, and are just living them. You have no life, your only satisfaction from life comes from owning the libs, and now that none of them are complaining you have nothing to get from it. Politics is what people get into when they have literally nothing else in their life at all. Sad!
>>56392 >First of all, Trump and the republicans blatantly stole the 2024 election. Horseshoe theory is real.
>>56393 MAGA hates Mitch McConnell too much to vote for him. Trump had to commit 1/6 to scare him out of Washington and make him cry just to retire. They despite Lindsay Graham, Ron Desantis, and Kemp.
>>56387 >>56388 Liberals and Marxist are basically the same thing, seditionists whose communication should lead to arrest and forced labor. Either way. If the economy goes down we need to just start arresting registered democrats and seizing their assets
>>56396 >Liberals and Marxist are basically the same thing, You're retarded if you believe the center-left and far-left are remotely the same. This is no different than Twitter commiesconflating moderate conservatives with MAGAtards. The only people who are willing to paint everyone to the right/left of them in this manner are radicals, and radicals are typically fucking stupid.
>>56383 Or 3 they realized Trump isn't going to actually fulfill any of his campaign promises. Remember in 2016 when he said he was going to build a wall and arrest Hillary Clinton? The guy is nothing but talk
>>56387 >>56396 This isn't the fanfiction thread, manlet. Please flaunt your weakness elsewhere.
You haven't been looking far and wide then. Have seen it a lot in the ssbbw community. People are being blocked and banned from accessing content.
I'm a lib who hates Trump and his enablers/followers with a white hot passion. I was blindsided in 2016 and raged all over the place for weeks/months/years. This time I saw it coming and so now it's just resignation. He is who he is, a majority of the country decided he should be president, and that's how it works. Also, though I'd prefer literally any Democratic politician and most Republicans to Trump, it's pretty hard to defend Biden and corporate Dems at this point. Even drinkers of the bluest Kool Aid know it in their hearts. In other words, they were begging the country to vote them out, and they did. All that to say it's not just models who are subdued this time, but libs of all sizes and occupations.
>>56422 "I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within. We have some very bad people. We have some sick people, radical left lunatics. And I think they're the big — and it should be very easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military, because they can't let that happen." These hoes know their gravy train is over, the DEI president was shot down and their gonna have to submit to a man band get a job outside of sucking dick.
>>56422 >>56425 I saw it coming because Democrats always ask Trump for help to cover the fiscal crisis plaguing NY from Hunts Point, to Midtown, to Jersey. The Howard Sterns who hate him never left the Hamptons. Trump himself is still stuck in the 80s in terms of thinking. Harris is a literal who outside the beltway to most voters. I don't buy into the culture wars. I argue Kari Lake lost cause she attacked Blackrock investors on Daystar, the same ones who do businesses with conservatives and Ukraine, which is financial capital.
It was very obvious Trump was gonna win this election big time Everybody kinda knew he would The media didn't say so, a lot of people didn't say so But they all knew it and tried to talk it down They knew the democrats keep being great at ruining themselves and any chances they get They know they emphasize the wrong topics and chose the wrong people to be in charge A really strong candidate would have had trouble as well this time I think (one like they didn't have for ages) A less controversial republican would have been even more dominant maybe if he had the same skills of selling himself as Trump does Which is definetely one of his biggest strengths They all secretly have to admit it's their very own fault mostly I guess this is why there's a lot less going on about Trump winning this election
That sounds consistent with how blue zone people are reacting to it in general. I live in a major blue city and everyone is mostly just not talking about it. It’s nothing like after ‘16. It’s not uncharted territory and it was a clear win so WHELP
Trump won because Americans don't like the Cheneys enough and Bushes inner circle pretty much died. Let's face it, Kid Rock and Hulk Hogan at the RNC were fun. Yellowstone and Tulsa King were fun. Kamala got boomer musicians like Springsteen, Eminem, Stevie Wonder and Beyonce. It's obvious Em had too much contempt for MAGA to be Slim Shady
>>56431 Kari Lake lost because she's a glassy-eyed conspiracy theorist who makes Lauren Boebert look well-informed. >>56439 > it was a clear win It was in the bottom third of electoral college margins, and, based on votes counted so far, the bottom TENTH of popular-vote margins. Anyone acting like it was a blowout is just wishcasting.
>>56458 It was a blowout. Kamala lost the Great Lakes, Sun Belt, and PA cause the left hated her. Yeah, the KKK and Trump are racist, but they have people skills.
Nevermind, Kamala is launching a recount cause she's dumb.
>>56460 > It was a blowout. Cope. Bottom third, bottom tenth. Get better at math, please. > Kamala lost the Great Lakes, Sun Belt, and PA cause the left hated her. No, like literally every incumbent party in 2024, they lost votes due to people being mad at inflation. The Democrats actually did better than most incumbents around the world. And the fact that there is a significant chunk of voters incapable of thoughts more complex than "inflation bad, president cause inflation, vote against president party" is something worth considering for future elections (assuming the Republicans don't cheat to stay in). Republicans' policies are deeply unpopular, and the electorate is about to get another taste of them. Have fun with that.
>>56464 Democrats did worse than past elections cause the party is full of old geezers who want to support Israel, abortion, and the police. The counterculture and fetish art man doesn't like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi cause they're delusional. Trump won because she used Biden as a pawn in a plan to win seats. She wasn't smart enough to have contingency. In layman terms, lefties thought they were Sosuke Aizen
>>56464 Like Stefanik got the ambassador position cause she does the paperwork instead of posturing about being John Wayne McRegan Gary Stu like John Bolton, John Kelly.
>>56465 > Israel, abortion, and the police You think they lost because they support three things which enjoy a solid majority of support among the general public? (And you think Republicans don't wholeheartedly support two out of those three?) Cool story, bro, but it's clear now that it was inflation. The only lesson learned will be "saving jobs and rescuing the economy never justifies any amount of inflation," so be prepared to take your place in the bread line during the next recession.
>>56467 I live in Nassau County. The left feels safe knowing a cop is giving speedsters a ticket, unmarked Dodge Chargers ambushing criminals, and cops getting their discount on the LIRR. The left are all doctors, teachers, lawyers and civil servants. All those hippies in Vermont and CT enrolling their children in 60k elite schools don't speak for the party.
(14.34 KB 360x272 Officer-coffey.jpg)
>>56467 You're just salty that Eric Adams got rid of the respect the booty lady cops and replace them with a black cop who wants to blow your head off using a Smith and Wesson for being Rolling 60s Crips. Mr and Ms Black Regular love cops.
>>56466 Speaking of which, Stefanik is pretty chubby now
>>56477 Selling your soul and being evil is quite stressful, she hates her life, her body and her country. I'd rather a fat stoner girl who's chill and fun
(83.75 KB 980x980 trump eclipse.jpg)
most normies on the left side of the spectrum just got tired of supporting a party that doesnt do anything productive. all they had was platitudes and means-tested bullshit PEL grants. they rolled out dick and liz cheney for fucks sake they are centrist neo-cons at best and they got fucking rolled. literally all they had to do was take a slightly harder stance on gaza and maybe say the words medicare for all and they would have steamrolled. trump may be fucking weird and retarded but he actually spoke to peoples' pain and offered a way out.
>>56491 Relax, he put Zeldin on the EPA.
>>56479 Upstate women are evil, but they're high test Stacie's who got Cuomo full mast. The guv doesn't want the trashy LI women with dump trucks twerking all over his boomer muscle car
>>56497 Trump yesterday: “It should be illegal, what happens. You know, you have these guys like playing the ref, like the great Bobby Knight. These people should be put in jail the way they talk about our judges and our justices, trying to get them to sway their vote, sway their decision.” Good luck getting whores to stick their neck out online fighting for muh’ abortions when it’s a crime.
>56464 This is the correct take. Harris was in an impossible position, with 90 days to separate herself from the most unpopular president in modern times. This is America's big self-own in the unwitting service of billionaires and xenophobes. >56465 An overwhelming majority of the country supports Israel, abortion, and the police. Had Harris supported Hamas, pro-life legislation, and/or any kind of defund the police rhetoric it would have been an actual blow-out like 1984, rather than 50-48, which is fairly typical for modern presidential elections.
>>56505 Mobsters don't care for abortion. Not everyone is Micheal Corleone and rages autistically when their wives have an abortion. >>56507 Nah, it's a blowout. Nobody likes Pelosi enough to listen to her. Even Hochul and Adams despises libs for being dirt bags
(263.97 KB 359x512 [UNSET].png)
Trump won because Americans don't care that a felon is president. Black Men hate the Harvard and HCBUs with their moral preening.
>>56508 Still cope. Bottom third, bottom tenth. In terms of the popular vote, Trump did worse than Hillary Clinton.
>>56514 The founding fathers didn't trust the public to vote. The legislative, judicial, and executive are ineffective on purpose to prevent a Robespierre, Hitler, or Churchill from having the power of a monarch. They knew Canucks like Trudeau would use the military on truckers.
>>56514 Trump picked Fox News for defense. Time Warner too could merge news and government if it wasn't for Barbieheimer. Not my fault MSNBC have the personality of Tom Hagen
>>56515 > The founding fathers didn't trust the public to vote. And if *hoi polloi* had generally been kept away from the ballot box, most incumbent and elected Republicans would never have gotten within a mile of any sort of public office. > The legislative, judicial, and executive are ineffective on purpose to prevent a Robespierre, Hitler, or Churchill from having the power of a monarch. That becomes meaningless if the three branches agree to ignore the Constitution. > They knew Canucks like Trudeau would use the military on truckers. That didn't happen, so I'm not sure what your point is.
>>56520 The presidents were wealthy landlords like Trump who owned slaves and were ajudicated rapists. Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson weren't squares and Alexander Hamilton invented the federalist position and NY Post. They didn't care about women's rights, civil rights cause it's performative theater. Trump won the Amish vote cause the America was always a hard right country. America First, Nazism, and the Klan are unique to NY, but you won't hear about it in the history books cause lefties want to put up that hideous Mao poster, wear Che shirts, and listen to 70s rock. It's the same reason AIPAC oust socialists. Nobody wants a forever CUNY student in their land.
>>56520 My point is that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Louis Farrakhan are too old to play hip cool counterculture anti-hero. Xi and Putin put the communists in suits and polos with khakis. Kids identify as the Akatsuki, Espada, or the Ginyu Force. They don't like communism cause it's an old man rambling about the homeland.
Relax, the Onion bought Alex Jones Infowars. The far right takeover will be bought out by liberal corporate overlords
(89.63 KB 514x405 1603332566036.jpg)
>>56533 >the Onion bought Alex Jones Infowars hahahaha holy fucking shit
>>56521 Kisame, this might be the most (and only) coherent thing you've ever said. People are shocked that republicans get any votes forget that this country was founded by slave owning rapist pedophiles.
Now RFK is in the mix. He's going to wage a one man crusade against fatties
>>56535 My mom thinks Trump got elected because corporations are promoting gay culture. I don't know what she means cause it's an idea. I have no interest in being a culture warrior or doing school board meetings.
>>56535 I flat out dint understand her or my art clients cause neither one of them can make a coherent argument, just like the church. They want to be wealthy, moral principles, but that Protestant Work Ethic and 40 hour work week pioneered by Henry Ford, and the middle class isn't coming back. It's inefficient
>>56554 People think accepting gay people as they go through puberty is a form of grooming. Most of those people vote for pedos like Gatz and Trump/Epstein or are devout catholics or Penn State fans who proudly stood in favor of protecting child rapists.
>>56564 Kids where the parents deny their sexuality and shame them for it always turn out great. Also funny how the right wing, who claim to be about Freedom, has so many rules about how you're supposed to live.
>>56564 >>56577 Old Democrats are the ones complaining that the left is obsessed with an idea and Kamala lost cause progressives were obsessed with celebrity culture. This is despite the fact Coach Walz was accused of crushing communist women so hard she felt cheap.
(27.22 KB 500x380 v3rosdhn5mc61.jpg)
>>56564 >>56577 Gays have nobody but themselves to blame. Nobody likes that hideous Tumblrista style. Zosite is gay, Piccolo, Cell, and Orochimaru are transgender, but they can back up their threats.
Frankly, I'm on copium, so ignore what I'm about to say. I can't help but have a hunch that Trump stole the election in the exact same way he accused the Democrats of doing in 2020. The lack of anger and panic on social media compared to 2016 and 2020, despite the polls betting almost an even 50/50 on either candidate. That or the Army/FBI are dusting off old Cold War era plans about how to stage a coup against a "rouge President-elect" whether it's legal paperwork blockage or a third shooting attempt that actually hits the target; that's up to Dark Brandon to decide. (Or that it could be that America is a nation of idiots so we elect idiots to rule over us idiots. Carlin was right after all.)
>>56637 Alex Jones got bought by the Onion, Guliani had to give up everything to pay off his massive settlement for attacking federal employees. Pregchan turned into a right wing echo chamber with Chounyuu where they wait for Kisame17 to show up. I am more concerned with getting rest and out of my workaholics nature.
>>56637 I've been thinking the exact same thing, about everything you said. It seems difficult to believe that the intelligence community (CIA, FBI, NSA etc), knowing full well all of the connections between trump, musk, russia, and other foreign interests, would just roll over and let them take over like this. Personally, and now we're deep into conspiracy theory territory, I think they were counting on the first assassination attempt to go off without a hitch, and basically had no backup plan if it failed. I have to believe they're aware of the threat the republicans pose of destroying the country, and are trying to stop it. But maybe not. Maybe we really are just a nation of weak willed idiots, shuffling mindlessly to our own extinction.
>>56637 >>56667 Trump winning EVERY SINGLE SWING STATE and being quiet about it is genuinely eyebrow-raising. I don't want to listen to the TikTok conspiracytards but that's an almost unheard of circumstance. It's too good to be true. Frankly I'm going to be suspicious about it for the rest of his life. But in terms of preventing a rogue President from turning over the keys to a foreign adversary... We have no safeguards. Really, the whole premise of electing a leader to the Oval Office was done under the premise they would do what's good for America, with the system of checks & balances to ensure that was carried out. So what happens when the other branches are complicit in this power grab? You got Tulsi Gabbard set to be the head of National Intelligence and she has demonstrable ties to Russia, for crying out loud. I cannot fathom the amount of damage this will inflict on our nation in 4 years time. Rome may not have burned down in a day, but they didn't have access to octane fuel.
>>56667 >>56668 Harris lost cause she blew money on frivolous things like podcasts and recounts in PA. Democrats also got rid of Biden mid July handing Trump the win cause data guru told them madam president win. Trump's son Barron got him hooked on alt right podcasts. As for Russia, neocons need a hobby. As if four eyed freaks like Raffensperger cause spot Russians. The Ruskies and Ukrainians in Brooklyn stay there.
>>56668 The best answer I can give is that veterans are preaching to the converted and not making ratings. The average news viewership are seniors. Trump did will with millennials, Gen X and Z. Who wants to watch an elderly Stevie Wonder, Eminem, Bruce Springsteen, and Barbara Streisand perform for Harris? They only know one song. They needed Weezer, My Chemical Romance, Ludacris. Instead Vampire Weekend is the it youth band.
>>56668 The fact Trump himself is quiet speaks volumes. You think he would throw so many victory rallies for being the first GOP President to win both the popular vote and the electoral college in 20 years, he would be swimming in liberal tears. But other than throw some red meat to the media (both sides) about his nominations for his cabinet and his economic plans that would baffle even Hoover in how backwards they are; Trump hasn't even mentioned the numbers. He loves numbers, especially when they go his way.
>>56673 The damage done to the left are purely self inflicted. All suburban democrats do is complain about cars doing burnouts at the shopping center or over their murals, or the homeless sleeping in the abandoned diner that shut down cause their army of housing authority henchmen closed shops. Trump himself got rid of the loudmouths like Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, John Bolton and replaced them with Zeldin. He's managed by people from Wall Street who aren't arrogant loudmouths or Midtown which is known for sophistication without Penn Station full of hobos and Times Square full of hookers. The media is going to pay for the congestion pricing into Manhattan and the EVs cause they forgot how to read the fine print. Economics isn't fun because it's just not as passionate as Milton Friedman and full of smug Harvard guys who want to rule the world. I think libertarians stopped being serious and started being weirdos who want to live in Arizona.
>>56637 I'd love to believe this (first scenario) because it's hard to reconcile that a country I truly love has so many hateful, stupid people. I get that Harris is no one's dream candidate, but she's competent and sane, which is better than a candidate who's demonstrably the opposite. It's like you have a choice between vanilla ice cream and a cup full of Drano and you choose the latter because vanilla is too boring. Because I don't gaf what anyone says: things are really not that bad, and better by several metrics than at any time under Trump. Which is why on November 6 MAGA was already crowing about inflation coming down, unemployment being at historic lows, and the Dow hitting a new high. Coming off the greatest economic distaster since 1929 we're actually doing pretty good by comparison with our economic peers in Europe... but feels trump data 100% of the time (npi). There was no fix. He won. Poll-wise Harris never was up by more than 2% nationally (margin of error is 4), and never broke out of a dead heat in MI or WI. Any big bumps she enjoyed, from inheriting the nomination in the first place to the cats and dogs debate to the Reichsparteitag at Madison Square Garden, were extremely short-lived. The momentum libs felt, especially in the final few weeks, was a media creation (both right and left). The post game makes it clear Trump didn't convert that many people, but a lot of ostensible Dems stayed home. These happened to be key demos in the swing states: white union members and middle class suburbanites, and just enough Blacks, Latinos, and Muslims. I'm sleeping at night with the idea the Senate will not confirm batshit nominees like Gabbard, Goetz, RFK Jr, and Hegseth. The party is MAGA-happy atm because he led them to a big victory but the majority aren't suicidal. Tariffs and mass deportations will be kneecapped by Wall Street before it even gets there. Trump will resent Elon getting too much attention and start icing him out. Any major moves he wants to make will be scuttled by the same chaos, infighting, and lack of discipline that defined his first term. People say he learned from that but Trump is incapable of learning anything. The bad news is that Ukraine will probably lose it's eastern provinces but that would likely happen anyway, just in 5 years rather than 1. If Trump brokers a capitulation (sorry, "peace deal") then Putin will call it a win and go back to rebuilding Russia's economy. The next administration will have to deal with it when he occupies Moldova. Any pro-Palestinian moron who stayed home or voted for Trump is about to have their hearts broken. Israel will reshape the region in their image and in 10 years a Palestinian state will not just be an improbability but forgotten altogether. Economically speaking, a massive tax cut for rich people with no spending cuts — something all Republicans can agree on — will further blow up the deficit which could trigger another recession. And his tendency to platform nutjobs will mean a big explosion in crypto "investing" which might trigger a full-on crash. >>56673 "The dog that caught the car." How the hell is he gonna make good on his promises? He doesn't have a clue and neither do the nutballs he's surrounded himself with.
>>56720 Genuinely the most informed and rational politics post I’ve ever seen on bbwchan. My guess is that the tariffs and mass deportation won’t actually happen on the scale Trump promised but he will gloat that they’re deporting “millions” of fictional brown people weekly and the cultists and generally uninformed types will lap it up. Same as the wall during his last term. Things will be bad but he is still generally not competent enough to enact actual dystopian shit like people are afraid of (including me, a bit).
>>56720 Blacks, Latinos, Muslims either voted for Trump or voted for Jill Stein over Harris, which handed him the victory needed. The target demographic that Harris won over was senior citizens and veterans who don't make up the population. Minorites may not like racism but they don't want to be cannon fodder for Ukraine either or treated as expendable. Minorites also disliked Obama's constantly lecturing them so that caused suburbanites to flip red. MAGA like Zeldin, RFK Jr and Gaetz will be confirmed. Hamas aren't the quirky rebels, and any blame should be backed to Netanyahu using Evangelicals to fight for Israel and evade arrest. As for Ukraine, Russia is already decimated to the point a hot dog guy tried to invade Moscow armed with mercenaries
>>56722 Tariffs are happening just like congestion pricing. Hochul went full MAGA charging motorists to pay for the transportation. Trump is going to double the charge of imports along I-95. Union's Ford Fuck Truck isn't going pay for itself
