Thread for people here who like to gain weight! Didnt see one and I think it would be nice to have one. Actively trying to gain weight myself and want a place to discuss it with people so fuck it why not!! for anyone of every gender and orientation too, fuck off if ur a bigot (just added some fat art i had saved for the picrel... breadwketchup on twitter shoutout to them)
Ive been stuck at 370 for years and years now and I want to change up my game. Was thinking of going hard into shakes. Doing some research from other gainers, I find a lot of conflicting information. Stuff about liver damage, vitamin poisoning. I don't suppose any gainers or feeders have much information about what shakes they prefer, or know thats good? I was eyeballing Naked Mass, but even then didn't have much information about mixes they like, or if I should get the flavorless option so I can spike it however which way, or just get like a chocolate option instead.

Peanut butter and similar things are good though, I used a lot when I was making more simplistic weight gain shakes (With possibly unhealthy powders). Im wondering if I should stealth my way into some circle of fitness people to ask the shake question to.
Pasta and white rice. My wife is addicted to both and there are near=immediate results when she goes to hard with them.
>>69733 That's why you don't over do it with the Oil. For shakes, you can always add nuts to those. I believe cashews are calorie dense. 2 Handfuls should easily be nearly 500 Calories, mix them in with rom rolled oats and greek yogurt. And since you live in Canada like me, always use 3% milk, maybe even mix in some half and half. All this stuff is dirt cheap here in Ontario, you can get nuts and oats for a bargain at any of the major Bulk stores like the Bulk Zone. I know when I was putting on weight for weight lifting I did stuff like this, I don't know if it works the same for women (which I'm assuming you are).
Is this thread for models to join as well who are actually into the fetish and not just scamming us pretending to be into it for money?
I've recently become overweight, and it's only up from here. I'm at ~73kg (~161lbs), up from ~55kg (~121lbs) about two years ago. I am 168cm (5'6"), so I was overweight at 71kg. Does anyone have tips on how to speed things up a bit?
