I am not a fan of Pokemon. It locks the good Pokemon for popular ones meaning I can't get Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Nidorino, or train Tyranitar. Even Houndoom is confusingly hard to get.

Seriously, it basically amounts to: the starters, Eevee, Clefairy, Nidoran, Shellder, Magnemite, Staryu, Machop, Abra, Gastly, Magikarp, Dratini, Slowpoke, and Chansey, and then that's all Gen 1 had to offer, and that's only being generous when accounting for their competence in later gens; in Gen 1 proper, they were WAY worse just like everything else. They needed Gen 2 to pick up the slack, and even that went poorly until Gen 4 got every collective gen's shit together. Frankly, genwunners are all dumbasses if they think Fire Red and Leaf Green are Gen 1 games. Those are Gen 3 games, which means all they can cling to are Red/Blue and Stadium 1, which are all broken trash the later generations rendered obsolete, just like most of their precious Pokemon roster. Anyway, here's mine...
