PCOS Anonymous 01/30/2026 (Fri) 17:41:56 Id:3f4c3f No. 78370
I've been dating my girlfriend for five years, in that time she's gone from 180lbs to 320lbs. She had not had her period in about six to seven months so back in November she went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I forget the name of them but she was given a set of pills that were supposed to give her regular periods again, the downside was that they'd make her stomach very sensitive to greasy foods which she is practically addicted to. She took them for a few weeks but the stomach issues and not being able to eat the food she wants were too much and she stopped. She doesn't want to but for health reasons she said she is going to try to get back on the pills sometime in the future. I'm wondering does anyone here have any experiences with PCOS? The drugs? Managing it? I'd appreciate any thoughts or advice. My girlfriend is not into this fetish (feeding/intentional gaining aspect) but does find very fat people attractive, along with her larger body attractive and is very confident in herself, she isn't looking to loose weight right now. I read that GLP-1s are sometimes an option for PCOS but she runs a medium-ish sized body positivity social media account and is very against GLP-1s. She'll go on rants to me about how much she dislikes ozempic. I also know PCOS can cause fertility issues but me her are also both not looking to have a kid. Again any thoughts are appreciated
>>78370 My experience knowing girls with pcos is that your gf is going to keep getting fat as fuck and when she does get her period it will hurt like crazy. Pcos is weird because its more or less caused by weight gain and it usually only leads to more weight gain
>>78371 Any experience with some of the medications around pcos like the one I described>
>>78373 Not really actually. Out of the girls ive know with pcos none of them actually wanted to do anything about it. They'd basically start going for walks to try to fix it but thats it.
I have friends and family with PCOS. My friend has stayed stable around 300 lbs, whereas my family member has only continued to grow past that weight since we were kids. In both cases, they have issues with food. My friend used to binge eat, and my cousin has absolute dogshit nutritional sense, despite being a vegetarian. The disease makes it wicked easy to gain weight, and incredibly hard to lose it. Fat is stored primarily in the belly, and because it causes testosterone production, some people get body and facial hair. Exercise only stimulates the testosterone production too. And yes, periods are miserable and fertility is questionable.
>>78370 Had a girlfriend was pretty fat, probably had pcos too cause she wouldn't ever get pregnant we'd just hit it raw alays nothing ever happened. ex for a while and we meet up again. Messages me moths laters she's pregnant appearantly but didn't notice cause she doesn't menstruate and yknow big fat round belly and all. Too late for an abortion. Now there's a god damn kid walking around with my genes who will probably knock on my door in 15 years. Im fucking 23 years old. Be wary my gooners
>>78385 Raise your kid broski
>>78383 That’s interesting, my girls weight distribution is actually majority in her ass and thighs. She had essentially a flat stomach until she hit about 270lbs. Though her stomach had been starting to catch up but weight is still probably distributed 60% ass/thighs, 40% everywhere else.
>>78385 Quit being a bum you fucking turd
>>78549 Honestly he’s right. In the Netherlands it’s pretty common to just impregnate some lady you’d never date and never look back. The state does a good job of giving the quality of life so these ladies usually have like 3 baby daddies.
>>78549 You don't need to raise them, but check back every now and again would be good
>>78370 >She had not had her period in about six to seven months SIX SEVEN
>>79390 You need to get reverse colonized
>>79431 Posting from Northern Ireland. I aggree completely
>>78370 >I've been dating my girlfriend for five years What is the point of doing this
>>80201 Marriage is a religious and legal contract and some people want religion and the govt involved in their personal life as little as possible.
Fat is a hormonal tissue. It definitely escalated and likely caused the PCOS. Weight loss is the most effective intervention. Everything else is symptom management. The two big targets are insulin resistance (metformin, walking) and hormone regulation (birth control, IUD). The price of staying huge with PCOS is lost fertility, cysts, higher likelihood of reproductive tumors / cancer. The accompanying insulin resistance makes weight loss extremely difficult. The body doesn't pull from fat stores when insulin is high. So the challenge being even symptom management is promoting weight loss. The hormonal issues can also cause mood swings. Dealing with those... Well she better be hot.
>>80209 That sounds more like a persona problem. You can get legally married on paper so that you can visit each other in the hospital, but property, and have special rights if one of you ever gets arrested. Not really sure what you’re getting out of avoiding all that.
>>80235 >The hormonal issues can also cause mood swings. Dealing with those... Well she better be hot. Dated two women with PCOS in college. Both were BPD as hell. One is an acid casuality who puts on actual clown makeup at raves while NEETing, the other was committed after she tried to beat up a random woman at a bar.
>>81181 I mean that’s just gonna come with the territory my ex had pcos and was crazy my current gf has wps and has the craziest tantrums when she doesn’t get access to her snacks and it’s like I don’t have a key to the cupboard that’s your dad.

>>78370 Late to the thread. It sounds like it could be Metformin, the type 2 diabetes drug, my wife is on it. Some history, my wife was mid 400s at her biggest. The bigger you are, the more it affects you. She was down at around 320 before she really took it seriously, mostly from work triggering stress and the doctor really taking note of blood pressure spikes. Taking it will stimulate ovulation and lower high cholesterol, and isn't dangerous to take long term (if that's what she was prescribed). It will cause discomfort if she eats greasy food. Invest in a decent air fryer and learn to air fryer cheat what she loves. Managing it? The metformin did it for her. Her blood pressure was high, and that with a combination of blood pressure meds brought it right back down, (she's on much lower BP meds now). She now hovers around 280 to 320, 320 is usually the trigger point to lose again. Taking it every day stopped everything, mood swings, irrational thoughts (she's not trying to kill me by any means, but sometimes she'd have it her head on something and you think, fuck me you bitch, those kinda moments). They've pretty much all gone. The only thing she did suffer from was lower chin and neck facial hair that was fortunately fair in colour but some grew thick. If that is an issue, trim, don't shave. There's now affordable laser hair removal and after 5 one hour sessions every 4 weeks she now goes every few months for 20 minutes to catch any thicker hairs that do come through. It's not so much fertility issues that is a problem it's well being that staying on the tablets really benefit her. And as we're on a fat fetish board, yeah, it does mean she stays an acceptable level of fat. As much as I liked her much fatter sexually, I can't deny life is much easier now she's much more able, and her fucking on top tits in my face is pretty fucking fine too.
