Tattoos I generally like, but they're an attractiveness multiplier; the girl has to have good taste in art. Tattoos that are visually pleasing, well placed, stylistically interesting, well designed etc. can instantly make a girl hotter. Bad tattoos can instantly make a girl uglier. It's all subjective, of course, but there's definitely some ugly ass tattoos out there. Frecklds and birthmarks I generally like, but they don't make a big difference to me one way or another.

Goddess Patty has always been my favourite SSBBW and had some mega stretch marks that only got added to/bigger as she grew (her veins were also prominent over her massive body too!) She never seemed to have much leg hair, but over time did get hair around her belly button/lower belly area. Patty also got tattooed over time - a ‘P’ on her left shoulder (which I always thought was bruise at first!) and then in her latter modelling days she got ‘Goddess’ on her left arm. All of this I found endearing and never put me off her, she is still the greatest SSBBW to me, and these marks just added to her character (and highlighted her sheer size)
