Best game you’ve ever played? Anonymous 06/05/2026 (Fri) 05:33:41 Id:a7c571 No. 87389
Since Summer Game Fest is tomorrow, and E3 is no longer a thing (RIP), figured it’d be fun to reminisce on some great games Personally, I’ll never forget playing Kingdom Hearts II for the first time, and how engrossed I was in every aspect of the game. It was truly my first “peak” experience. Recently I’ve really loved Expedition 33, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Persona 5 Royal, and Silent Hill 2 (OG and Remake) How about yall? What’re your favorites, or recent games you’ve loved.
>>87389 My entire knowledge of Kingdom Hearts comes from OneyPlays and them making jokes about Goofy being an abusive father That being said RDR2 would probably have to be one of the best games I've ever played in terms of immersion and just overall enjoyment of the game as a whole
The entire Half Life series plus Black Mesa, which is a recreation of HL1
Persona 3 FES iykyk
Geometry wars, y'all should play geometry (2 is a personal fave but it's Xbox exclusive for some reason) Also marble it up ultra that ones great too if you get play marble blast it's made by the same people

Did you guys see the chubby chicks at Summer Game Fest? Not huge but still beautiful. If there was any use for AI it would be editing them into massive slobs. Videogames are my probably my favorite thing since I was a kid, and it has been sad watching my hobby get raped in so many ways over the years. But there's always good stuff if you look hard enough I played the PS1 FF7 for the first time this year and it was fucking awesome. I'm not a big JRPG guy either. Might reinstall Monster Hunter Wilds today and actually beat the hard monsters instead of just the story. Weird game but it looks fun to sink your teeth into.
>>87389 new super mario bros, digimon story cyber sleuth/hacker's memory, super mario galaxy 1, bloodborne, god of war 3, mortal kombat x, shadow of the colossus, dark souls 2 or devil may cry 1/3, all of them switching spots constantly for the best game of all time to me
>>87447 once they get data centers out of poor neighborhoods/cities and/or black prominent areas that can't fight back i absolutely call dibs on the asian one (and sydnee goodman as well because good GOD)

Probably Persona 4 Golden. I relate to Yosuke and Kanji an unhealthy amount. Also loved the Yakuza games before they jumped the shark with Pirate, tho I remain cautiously optimistic for Stranger Than Heaven. I play all kindsa games but most C/JRPGs, Platformers and Action/Adventure Honourable Mentions Not Here: Professor Layton and The Unwound Future, VTM Night Road, A Crack In Time, Wolf Among Us, Aria of Sorrow, Cuphead.
>>87610 Yosuke and Kanji are the only useful party members it's so unreal. I guess Yosuke is relatable cause he's the only wagie who's accessable. I haven't played Persona 4 in a times but I hope that remake fix the incel battle. >>87447 I dislike FF7 cause it's too much hype. I personally believe Barrett should be the MC cause Cloud cannot carry the plot the same way Squall can
>>87625 His shadow's monologue about being stuck in the sticks going nowhere and rotting away from boredom really hit for me when I couldn't relate to anybody around me and was stuck at a shit school 2-3 years back. I have ADHD and I see a lot of my traits in him there: The chronic boredom, motor mouth, acting without thinking as to alienate the people around you... He just hits hard.

>>87610 Always nice to see VTM Bloodlines appear on peoples' favourite game lists. It's in my top 5 definitely. I have a lot of nostalgia for it when I played it for the first time on my old laptop years ago. I love the game's characters, humour, artstyle, atmosphere and writing so much. It helps a lot with the handful of really dogshit quests that nobody likes. No doubt a must play for story game fans out there.
>>87610 what site did you use to make this btw
>>87660 Topsters3. You can also do it for music, movies and TV
>>87665 big ups pimp
InFAMOUS 2 and it’s not even close. It’s too bad no one makes fun video games anymore.
>>87745 Sucker Punch gotta be one of the most underrated game devs of all time.
