Anyone got that one VOD of a vtuber that did a stream where she got a customizable model that could increase the size of the belly and shit and she did it all as a joke, getting "more pregnant" until she maxed the sliders? Its been pretty much purged from everywhere but it's still stuck in my mind. It doesn't have to be the full vod, there was a version that was only the moments that she made the belly larger.
