It doesn't actually happen in any of the mainline Jojo parts but instead in one (of many) spinoff(s) featuring Rohan Kishibe from Part 4 in which he visits the Louvre. Spoilers for Rohan at the Louvre,but basically there's this haunted painting that does evil shit. One of the things it does is create a ghost of Noguchi's dead son Pierre* who drowned in a well years ago. The ghost ends up inflating Noguchi with water until she bursts as she tries to embrace him. Sad stuff really,but Jojo's is filled with a lot of tragedies. There was a live action adaptation of Rohan at the Louvre in 2023,but sadly the scene was altered so there's no inflation present. I probably didn't need to explain this whole scene,but I like it when posters provide context. *(no relation to everyone's favorite frenchman from part 3 aside from name)
