You will need to register the pre-paid/gift card to a "fake" address (unless its AmEx; that one you just put in whatever, I think), and by fake I mean something that is legit enough to fool their system but obviously not tied to you. I believe when they lay down the ban for infringement, they blacklist your IP address, your email, phone number, name address, and credit card. If you wanna test a set of credentials and your IP address first, make a SofTokens account. Since that is also part of Mothership, any blacklisted info during that account creation will immediately trigger the same "YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED" message. Honestly, the credentials are the easy thing IMO. For me, I got the fake name from a male relative I haven't had contact with but used his wife's maiden name as the last name and then used an old address and phone number while creating the email for this "fake" person on Google. The trickey part is spoofing the IP address, if you even wanna go that far. Honestly, you could just go to a place with public Wi-Fi or use a VPN. What I think might be interesting though is I think if they detect anyone else using the blacklisted IP, they blacklist that person too. I say this because I think I burned my "fake" identity that I crafted for getting around the ban. I tried using the Tor browser to create a SofTokens account, and I got the ban messaged, so back to square one with me...should I decide something is worth buying. The app uses a small local database (SQLite) that lives right next to your video files, in a folder called VideoSorterLibrary. When you point the app at a folder, it scans through and finds all the videos, then records each one - its file path, a thumbnail, and space for a rating and tags - in that database. The rating and tagging is all done manually so that you have autonomy on what tags you would like to attach to a video, you can add as many custom tags as you want also. Whenever you rate a video or add a tag, it just updates that one entry. Nothing gets copied or duplicated — the videos stay exactly where they are, and the database just keeps notes about them. Because the database sits inside the same folder as the videos, you can move that folder to another drive or computer and all your ratings and tags come with it automatically. If you delete a video from the folder, the app notices next time it checks and cleans up its entry so you don't end up with orphaned data.

The app isn't signed with a paid Apple Developer certificate, so macOS will flag it as being from an "unidentified developer" the first time you open it.
