Just like Hayley, the reason she’s inexplicably exploded so quickly is that she now likely has nothing to do besides eat all day. We saw her “walking” if you could even call it that. Barely able to move, and took her 10 minutes to catch her breath from going down an apartment hallway. At 700 squeezing into the car is a huge hassle so I doubt she gets out of the house. She will just continue to eat and expand rapidly, would be surprised if she doesn’t hit 800 in a year or two

Likely it's because she never moves much and sits in the same kind of position for long hours at a time, which makes her body deteriorate much faster. She's likely also severely overconsuming fats, sugars, salts and carbs and not getting enough of other nutrients. On top of the insane amount of calories she's had to consume to gain this fast, ye, it makes sense that is shows. Its a guilty pleasure for sure but I love the vicious circle nature of it all - at the size she is now there's not really a lot she can but sit around, which encourages her to eat more, which means she's heavier and slower so she sits around more and more. Can't wait for the eventual news of hitting 750+ down the line
