Deck size is the most unambiguous sign; it virtually confirms it on its own, but also she's playing Three Visits, a $5 ramp card that a casual, format-less kitchen table deck would be unlikely to include (funnily enough, one of the fearies in the art has pretty nice tits), half of her lands are tri-lands, and none of the cards are duplicates. Technically it could be another highlander format, but 99.999% of highlander games are EDH.
