i been doing some test on luma using an ai generated image and morph i made of headcannon bowsette and some sequences of Hellresident, some of them looks odd, i think the bowsette's one are the best looking ones

let this thread rolling. This is interesting, I tested it on pairs of generated images in SD. It would be very promising if it were possible to extend an existing video by inserting an image as the final frame to guide the process and maintain consistency rather than letting it float randomly. And the generation speed is terrible. Most of the videos were in queue for 2-8 hours, crazy. I'm even a little surprised that this thread hasn't been spawned already.

Same deal with text to video option. Image to video has kept the video consistent with the image as far as the subject is concerned. Also seems less restrictions than Luma. It can make high quality images for like 0.20 credits each. Video for 10 and image to video for 20. Daily credit refresh is about 60. Text to video seems to complete within 15 minutes but the other can take all day.

Either pre-made or I make the before image myself using a bunch of free programs. >>27182 for this one I made the before using open ai and reference images, then slapped her face and arms on in an app. The after is a pic from AI-BBW (his stuff is great). I removed a few objects in the original including the face (had a bif slice of pizza in the way). I removed the original girl and reused the background for the before Pic so that everything was smoother. I also cropped them slightly different so that the frame would slide (seems to help things move more naturally). After that I upscaled them and ran them in Luma. Somehow it came out perfect the first time, haven't gotten anything nearly as good from the same images and prompt since. That's the biggest thing: trial and error. Usually takes around 3-5 tries to get something worthwhile.

Made a before in open ai using reference images (Google search for pose, after Pic for face and style) then messed around with it in ai retouch again. The befores don't have to be perfect. Just close enough. Keep in mind I have literally zero experience with anything graphic design or art related. So anyone can do this. Just takes time, trial and error, etc

Looks like Kling just rolled out a new model. Don't know how the new generation compares, but it doesn't do end frames. 1.0 now has motion path tools. I can't try them until my credits refresh, though.

The amount of work I put into this one was stupid lol. Painted clothes on the image, then used ai retouch to make the clothes look slightly realistic. Then ran through the prome ai hd reimagine upscaler to make the image look more "realistic." For the before I tried using ai retouch to terrible results, so I randomly ran it through some clothes swap program and it came out almost perfect lol

It's much faster than even Kling premium, and Kling is charging me more credits just because I paid (I assume because of the higher speed). Tradeoffs: Kling sometimes does really excellent jiggle, like with walking legs. Vidu seems to keep things more static. Kling "uglifies" faces as the seconds tick by, even with anti-prompts, whereas Vidu appears to conserve faces way better. Kling just cannot do expansion whereas Vidu can. Very excited. I'll post some examples of my explorations when I find a minute. (I'm only using a starter image + text prompt in all of my work.)

i think i found a way to outsmart pika labs. I just grab the first second of the vid, then i recreate another inflation video with that frame, and so go on until you're satisfied. I also made this to showcase it

My contribution to this theme. More like a proof of concept at this point. The images i used to make video were really shitty and rushed. Was trying to make a consistent weight gain story using only AI technology and a little bit of editing.

My prompts normally are stuff like "Fantasy Action movie, on X location, a woman wearing x thing, she swells up and expands until she is a huge and obese inflatable woman" or "Her body inflates, her belly inflates, her arms inflates, her face cheeks inflate"

Looks like Pixverse can do weight gain out of the box, at least with a starting image. Just told it "The woman becomes fatter."

Looks like Pixverse seems to be the easiest one. Made two with little more than a picture and some basic prompts seems to be really good.

Took a twitter girl's weight loss journey pics and reversed them using vidu.

Oh my god, Vidu's "Reference to Video" feature is amazing. The first two weren't made with it, but the other two were (don't ask about the sudden jump in quality, vidu does that when you make an account now). I wonder what else this Reference thing can do?

Do you think you could share some of those please friendo? I keep getting weird results and I was hoping for some advice.
