Wan 2.2 Homebrew LtBarclay##vOgLqq 08/13/2025 (Wed) 03:51:05 No. 35254
Well, it looks like, finally, Image to Video is getting pretty decent on home machines. Show me some of your favorite generations you wish were animated, let me know how, and I'll give them a shot.

Wow this rules. I've been playing with Veo a bit but it's so hard to get around its filters. Do you have a solid tutorial you used for getting WAN working on a home machine? Here are some gens if you can spare the cycles!

>>35270 >Do you have a solid tutorial you used for getting WAN working on a home machine? I used this to get started (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJtdVaKLdns) , but I've already modified the workflow a bit to add support for multiple loras, continuing from last frame, adding sage attention for speed, etc. Once I get it a little more stable I'll share the json, but that should get you started on video cards with 12gb VRAM or more, just make sure you pick GGUF models that can fit entirely within your VRAM.

>>35272 Wow, that's so solid for a homebrew gen. Thank you! And thanks for the tips. I'll keep an eye out for that json and might try to get a workflow going using my 3090

>>35466 I tell you, things are moving so fast, I should probably just post it so you can play with it if you want. Attached as .txt, rename as .json for import into ComfyUI. Might want to start a whole new ComfyUI install for this using comfyUI easy installer https://github.com/Tavris1/ComfyUI-Easy-Install Json blob: http://jsonblob.com/1412120701397295104 I'm not sure exactly how easy it is to get setup on a brand new install. TBH, ComfyUI is such a mess when it comes to sharing workflows while also being able to get all the nodes required.
