>Bonnie, Maya and Katrine all have relatively interesting and engaging stories and events
What?
Bonnie: "I'm getting fat --> feed me -->can I get fatter for you and make you my business partner (which has no impact on the game's mechanics)?"
Maya: "I like you and imply in the past I was chubby or fat and have a handful of scenes suggesting I'm a secret feedee" -->repeat across multiple updates with barely any significant increase in size
Katrine I'll give you since at least her 5 second sex scene animation at her max stage is good.
>if you don't have everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) mapped out in advance, crossover events make it impossible for you to "finish" a character's storyline
While I can't actually recall if FC or SH have this...I just can't buy this as a real excuse. While yes, Renpy is a very simple engine designed for VN games...it's been used in multiple, successful indie projects.I just simply can't believe it'd be that limiting to where like you can't go in and make future builds of a project wherein you add some new parameters to previously programmed storylines....granted, I obviously know that'd necessitate adding in new artwork/renders (and in this case, using lower weight versions of various characters) but it has to be possible...games aren't made in a strictly linear path from the opening to the ending...
>How do you reconcile it with what's previously been written?
Not really much of an issue in these games case's since there's so little crossover of storylines for most girls.
