Not even just fat stuff. Even just regular loli content involving Nanako has a lot of Chie. You'd think it would be Rise because Nanako is the game admires Rissette so much.
Honestly though, the real gem idea is all the girls of the Investigation Team each individually come to the conclusion that Nanako NEEDS to be pampered. So everytime any one them has to babysit Nanako or inevitably take her on a trip to Junes, they feed her in their own special way. Rise carries around tons of candies and snacks, making sure Nanako constantly has something to munch on, even if she's already full. Chie takes Nanako to all the meat food joints that she likes, and orders the biggest portions for the little girl, telling her that "if she out-eats big-sis Chie that she'll become a big girl in no time!" Naoto cooks large meals herself for Nanako at home, multiple courses, naturally, which remind Nanako of mother, to the point where in Nanako's stuffed haze she calls Naoto "mommy", much to the embarrassment of Naoto. Yukiko tries to cook too, but her cooking......leaves a lot to be desired (No cake should ever be "Greasy"!), still, Nanako eats it up all the same, even if it does leave her a belching mess. Then there's Marie......to be honest, Nanako really doesn't know what to think of Marie. The few times Marie is left alone with the little girl, Nanako just stares at Marie with puppydog eyes, unknowingly drooling all over herself as her belly growls. Nanako has been so conditioned by the other girls to expect her belly to be filled whenever shes in the extended presence of teenage girls. Marie often sighs and pops some strange things called a "healing item" into Nanako's gob. Nanako's belly immediately swells up into a satisfied fullness. Nanako likes the one called "Value medicine" the most, Marie noting that Nanako really shouldn't be having it all to herself because it's meant to "heal the whole party".
Each of the girls think that Nanako is getting fat purely because of their own feedings + Nanako's newfound gluttony, completely unaware of the feeder-feedee relationship the young girl has formed with all her other onee-sans. Dojima really should be more concerned that every time his 7 year old daughter hangs around one of those girls from Yasogami-high, she comes back a kilogram heavier. It doesn't phase the older girls though. To them, it just means Nanako has been becoming a doughball just for them~ None of them even suspecting that maybe the other girls of the group also share that same fascination in pampering cute little Nanako into morbid obesity.
It's no wonder that after several months, Nanako has become a wheezing, waddling, 660kg butterball. A little girl so full of lard that not only can she no longer get dressed on her own, but it's now a 2 person job. So fat that even just waddling to school feels like she's wading through and wrestling her own sweaty flesh. So plump that Kanji has to sew up tears in her clothes multiple times a week. So wide that she can no longer fit in the shower, and has to either be taken to the public bathhouse, or be hosed off in the garden, her big, jiggly but nonetheless prepubescent pancake tits glistening as do all her other folds.
