The shots are from the horror anthology "Tastes of Horror" (2023), specifically from the last segment "Gluttony". I haven't the seen the whole thing yet but I've skipped through it. Apparently it's about a mukbanger who surgically increases her stomach size so she can outeat her opponent. In order to appear skinny on camera she gets liposuction done on her upper body. The reveal of her lower half is at the very end and until then there's not much happening except for some eating and drama. The whole segment is available on youtube https://youtu.be/t6kzayQf5T4

The rest of it was boring. As for the reveal, horror wise I felt it was lacking. They could've made her body look way more fucked up. Same with her stomach and it appearing far to grossly distended after eating so much. But on the other hand I'm glad they didn't go in that direction. The scar and some blemishes aside, I fucking love how she looks. This shot in particular is going to live rent free in my head for a long time. Thanks for making me aware of this short.
