My girl is one of those “doesn’t like to talk about it” and “would love to get back to 200” people, but the second you give her praise and a snack, she goes right back to fat girl ts.
Yesterday was a mutual day off work and she woke up craving specialty donuts. That place was closed, so she still needed her fix. That takes us to a second shop down the street. Honey dipped donut there… gone immediately down her throat.
Then she absolutely needed Panda Express… plate of chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, and grilled teriyaki with 2 whole chicken egg rolls gone in 5 minutes. On our way home, she sees Dairy Queen and gives me the eyes and fat girl voice. So that’s a small blizzard (600 calories done in a minute).
Then she’s gotta have her mid day nap. Her mom bought her a whole tiramisu cheesecake while I ran errands. She smokes a bowl, then texts me saying she’s starving for tacos. I get a taco 12 pack, 3 salted caramel churros. She takes back 8 tacos and the churros in maybe 10 minutes. But she’s still hungry.
She asks for her leftover French toast from her huge breakfast the day before. I heat that up and down she munches.
If she hadn’t got sleepy again, I think she could’ve gone for another round. I tally up the rough estimate of calories and she was pushing 5K no problem. This is probably the 6th or 7th day in the last 2 weeks pushing over 5K without trying. I wonder how to keep this up?
