I'm pretty sure cece herself said in one of her videos that she's just a foodie not a feedee. She probably hated being this big so she lost a lot of weight and she's never gaining it back. Also, fuck Kayla. Don't believe any dog or drugs or other crazy rumors. There is zero evidence for any of that as far as i know.
