Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my girlfriend/Feedee on a regular gainer shake routine, BUT there’s a bit of a problem. She gets extremely sick from Whey, eliminating a lot of protein powders. If anyone has any suggestions for a solid high calorie vegan/dairy free protein powder, or a vegan alternative recipe in general, I’d love to hear them. Thanks in advance!
Feedees don’t get protein. Give her more fat and sugar, less fiber and protein. She isn’t some muscle mommy. Plus why the fuck do you care if she feels sick, you’re her feeder not her gay best friend.

OP, if you want her to get some protein with these shakes, using any sort of nut butter should take care of it. She doesn’t need anything crazy if she isn’t lifting. As far as shakes go I don’t have a set recipe but an easy (although not cheap) way to go would be to take a ton of peanut butter, a whole melted pint of a dairy-free ice cream like Ben and Jerry’s, and the plant milk of your choice to achieve a more drinkable consistency. You can also look into adding maltodextrin and additional sugar if the flavor/texture is too heavy for her. If she has a sensitive stomach I would avoid any vegan protein powder like pea or soy, since those can bother some people. Also keep an eye on the total fiber content; I eat a lot of fiber and I’m used to it but you can have a lot of GI distress if you aren’t. Many vegan foods have higher amounts of fiber than their animal equivalents do. If dairy bothers her in general - another option to boost calories would be veganizing things that she can’t have like rich sauces, mac and cheese, etc. Coconut cream is packed with calories and simple carbs from pasta make it easy to load up on huge portions. As a general cookbook recommendation - check out The Vegan Stoner. It has lots of easy recipes for people who are inept in the kitchen like me. Variety is the key to long term success and only the most dedicated gainers can make long term progress relying heavily on shakes.

Have you tried a whey isolate? What about a ready to drink fairlife shake? Or even fairlife milk? Possibly a greek yogurt. Could be whey concentrate makes her sick, or lactose, or even a specific artificial sweetener. The vegan proteins all taste like ass. She's not gonna drink them. Try harder on the milk proteins. Failing that, you could maybe use liquid egg whites. They are pasteurized.
