My brother is into fat chicks I know this for a fact, so maybe there is some genetic component but it could also be simply because we grew up in the same household. Probably worth mentioning none of the prominent women in either of our lives are fat in any way. I have a suspicion my cousin on my dads side is into it as his girlfriend is pretty fat but nothing concrete. Overall I'd lean on it being a mix of both, where certain people are probably more predisposed to this fetish, as basically everything about you is determined by your genetics in some sense, however someone's Circumstances can push someone towards feederism also.

A topic i can weigh in on haha! So i have a sister who i suspect is also into this fetish, but i have obviously never asked because thats just really weird. But like 5 years ago she started dating her boyfriend, and since they have gotten together she absolutely ballooned. Like she used to be in like decent shape, but is now obese. Seeing that unfold in front of me was pretty wild, and i have a very big suspicion she is a gainer/feedee and her bf is a feeder.

I have had a lifelong attraction for the extreme side of obesity. And as far as I know I am the only one in my family with this attraction. Every other guy on both sides of my family have only been with thin women and I am the only one with a fat wife.
