It is confirmed even if there is ever a potential point in time that she was underage in any game as of the making of this report my post comment the creator said time has confirmed passed the point in which she is of age. DA was never that great of a site, but it seems they've fallen off big time. Not sure if it'll survive the 2020s. Big shame because they're the only dedicated art site that's a popular as they are. The only other one thst comes close is FurAffinity which has a much more niche focus. I went onto Rule34xxx and looked up the tags for the characters: The copyright tag for Shantae has 11,483 results while the tag for the character has 9,135. Risky has only 1,379. Rotty has 1,350. Sky has 398. Twitch has 83. Vinegar has 82. Holly has 22 As you can see imminently, there is a massive disparity between the amount of images of Shantae and the second most popular character. If you round to the nearest thousand, there's only one image of Risky for every nine images of Shantae. This saddens me because Risky is super hot. Shantae makes up around 80% of all posts relating to her series, while Risky only makes up about 12%. And keep in mind, like most booru sites, the tags list for each post on R34 lists EVERY character featured in an image, even if they're just in the background. The problem is likey worse than it seems because of the heavy amount of overlap Shantae herself has with images featuring other characters from her series.

They're not used alot in the games (in fact, I think there's only one where they're important, that being Pirate's Curse (which I highly recommend)). They're pretty fun, though. I just wish the devs would use them more. The villain they serve is also my favorite villains so that make it even more frustrating. Anyway, thanks for these! Maybe I'll investigate this further... Also, just wanted to point this out because I think it's funny. Bozon isn't clean of sexualizing minor characters. Guppi, one of the protagonists of WF's first game not based on a preexisting IP, is explicitly stated at the beginning of the game to be 16 and the quite like to sex her up in that game. Interestingly in the emanual of the the 3DS Virtual Console release of the first game (the most obscure source of all time), Rottytops is described as a "teenage zombie", though I supose thst can mean she's 18 or 19. Personally I don't really a fictional character's age is a legitmate way to measure someone's morality and I don't have any problems with Bozon but I still think it's funny, plus my autism compells me to regurgitate my Shantae knowlage at every opportunity.
