I rarely if ever use this term, but to me, Goddess Patty is the GOAT of SSBBW. She had such an amazing body that grew bigger by the years and filled out in all the right places. I know she lost weight/retired then passed a few years ago now, but she is still missed

Special place in my heart for Patty. One of the first ssbbw ladies I met in person and she was always a sweetheart to me. She used to go to the SoCal dances but was too big to dance so she would sit on the sides and move to the music. She let me buy her food and had me sit next to her. Patty was still as pretty as ever. She looked younger than her age. Her hair was remarkable--thick and naturally jet-black, not dyed. Her skin looked great (except for that underbelly area). Health-wise, a very surprising profile. One evening, Patty had a digestive issue. We went to an ER, where they conducted a variety of tests on Patty. A clean bill of health! Blood pressure good. No diabetes. Lungs good. Nothing. (I was hoping they would weigh her, but that did not happen.) After a few hours, Patty felt better and we left. No treatment needed. On the other hand, Patty was suffering from a lot of pain from the hips down. She told me that the cartilage in both of her knees was shot. She was unable to stand up or walk without assistance. I felt awful to see Patty in pain like that. Patty's immobility had a terribly negative impact on her quality of life in general. She was poor and at that point she was no longer making any money as a model (from what I could tell). She was living alone on welfare. I got the impression that SSBBW modeling had never been very lucrative for her. Although my memories are more sad than pleasant, I am glad I had an opportunity to get to know Patty in person. I have much more empathy for models who gain to USSBBW levels, then hit a peak and thereafter lose weight. It is not reasonable to expect the ladies to continue to gain indefinitely or even to stay at their peak. Real life eventually catches up to the fantasy. To me, Patty is the GOAT, but she paid a huge price for it.
