Never heard of anybody actually exploding from it, but there was a trucker back in 2011 from New Zealand that fell on the valve that controlled his truck's air-brakes. The human body isn't a rubber sheet over an empty space like a balloon, it's a patchwork machine of variously connected parts under the skin. You'd get localized swelling and then a bloody rip, followed by the inflating substance escaping out. As for stomach, any bursting would occur internally and open into the body, (the digestive tract is a closed system) painfully killing the person in question long before the skin is at risk of rupturing. The opening sequence to Se7en illustrates it about as well as you're going to get. You'd have to get into radically altered body parts (such as the breast in the horrifying video above) to get anything close to what you want, and even then it isn't going to be the sexy kind of swelling. And for anyone surprised that there are homicidal sadists in this thread, consider that vore is built primarily on the exact same principal. Some fetishes don't work when you apply them to the real world.

My memory is pretty hazy now but I may have witnessed somebody actually burst on BlogTV a long ass time ago. For newfags, BlogTV was a streaming type website back in the early to mid-2000s where people could livestream their webcam and talk to the viewers and such. Anyway, I was on there pretty frequently around 2008 or so. The internet inflation community certainly did exist back then, but it was nowhere near as big as it is now. Back then there were a couple forums (bodyinflation.org is basically the only one that I used that still exists) and deviantart. That was pretty much it. Finding somebody who was really good at inflating was decently rare. I don't even think OnceDeli had started yet. Anyway, at some point, somebody posted a link on one of these forums to a girl who inflated on BlogTV, it may have been her herself who posted it. I don't remember her name, but I think it was a color and then a month (like BlueApril or GreenJuly or something like that). I remember she was pretty skinny, probably 120-130 pounds. She would always wear a red crop top while inflating and she used a pretty loud pump, could have even been a small compressor, but she could get MASSIVE. I know it's cliché to say, but she looked pregnant. The comparison before and after was pretty stark. She would also include her deflation, which would actually take a long time, 30-45 minutes to get back to a relatively normal size. This convinced me she was probably legit. She read a lot of chat messages and talked a lot when she was inflating. I did record a few of her streams on my old laptop, but it disappeared ages ago. One time though, I ended up joining maybe halfway through the stream. She was already pretty big. I had seen maybe 10 of her streams before, and she was about as big as she would usually be near the end. She seemed to be in at least a little pain, I remember she was rubbing her stomach and kind of groaning. After a few minutes she was HUGE, 9+ months pregnant, much bigger than I had seen her before. Suddenly, she doubled over and clutched her swollen stomach and started saying "it hurts, it hurts" and making this terrible groaning/moaning sound. She pulled the tube out of her and got up out of frame, leaving the pump on. You could hear this pretty gross sound off screen, almost like she was vomiting on the floor or into a sink or something. I left the stream pretty soon after that, being a little grossed out. I don't think she ever streamed after that and I have no idea what happened. I looked at her profile a few days or weeks later and there hadn't been any activity. I believe there may have been a forum post about it, but I never heard anything about it after that. I didn't record that particular stream, but I may have saved some frames. I may have misremembered a few things, but that's basically it. The noises she made always stuck with me. Been hearing about this Ellinsia awhile now and sadly can't find any photos or videos of her content out there. Does anyone have anything to show? On the topic of women getting huge through inflation (to near bursting), I feel like there have been a few inflatees who push boundaries and *could* reach those sizes. The important thing is both potential and welcomed persistent encouragement. Not to get too pre-determined, but there's definitely a genetic predisposition to large inflation (i.e. Belly shape and position of intestines). Some people look massive with less air and others look tiny in comparison. Finding someone with a good belly shape for inflation may help. Not really bursting but I'll humor the morbid curiosity with a case that shows that yes the human body can overdose from anything including water itself.
