How many people here have actually experienced squashing? Did it hurt, even if she took care to not put all her weight down?
And also are there any ways to prepare or train yourself for this? I've been told getting used to shallow breathing helps. I know it sounds stupid, but I'm a fairly thin guy and am honestly kind of scared, but want to try this so bad lol.
Or are there any guides that show which positions put the least weight on the bottom?
