Hi guys, I come here quite often, I read who writes what. I've always wanted to show about my weight gain progress, but to be honest, I'm a little shy. A couple of years ago, I started at 165 lbs, now my weight is about 253 ls, and my height is 169 centimeters. But I have a problem, no matter how much I eat, my weight cannot rise above 250 lbs, can someone advise me what can be done?
