It didn't take much mental acuity to realize that you can just delete the fat face mod folders from the folder structure and the game will read the normal images. Some of the fat face mods for the smallest sizes were decent bordering on excellent, so when I swapped to the larger model sizes, I mix-and-matched the folders for the smaller faces and All Out Attack portraits to customize each girl to my liking.
